I live in Trinidad and Tobago and wanted to send a unique and beautiful floral arrangement to my Aunt who lives in Tamarac, FL. I went online, did a search and came up with Yosvi Flowers (Ellie Flowers). They had some gorgeous pieces and I ended up ordering a beautiful Sun Light floral arrangement and a Premium Fruit Basket. Placing the order was effortless and I was able to select next day delivery (Tuesday, May 26th). The following morning I got a call from the floral shop to review the order. The customer service was absolutely on point and professional and my delivery was guaranteed for the same day. They called later in the day to confirm the delivery and offered to send a picture of the floral arrangement and fruit basket via WhatsApp. I was completely blown away. The arrangement and fruit basket were gorgeous and amazing. I could not believe how beautiful they looked. My Aunt called me crying in amazement and awe on the beauty of the bright yellow flowers and the large fruit basket. She absolutely loved them and could not stop thanking me. The floral arrangement was fresh, vibrant, healthy and full and fruit basket was filled with a varied assortment of fruits. She was overwhelmed with joy. I am so happy I chose Yosvi/Ellie Flowers; you guys did a fantastic job and went out of your way to make it a perfect surprise for my Aunt. I truly am thankful. Excellent! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered 4 days before Mother's Day. I went local and found Elle just a short distance from my mom. Figured Thursday was easier but Thursday I got a message. "No delivery, tomorrow, first thing". Friday, again, no delivery. Elle called with apologies and promised to bulk up the order for a Saturday delivery. She did. A bouquet 2x the size, chocolates, a balloon... My mom was amazed. "This was the best by far!" Only now I have to live up to that amazing delivery! Thank you Elle! Note: I see there are both good and bad reviews about the hand written notes you transcribe for the delivery. I may have an elegant solution that doesn't look as impersonal as a computer print out. Buy some soft edge 5x7 inch paper and an old fashioned typewriter. Type the note, fold it over and use a sticker with your logo on...

Lena was the kindest most helpful person I have ever encounter in any business. I made a mistake with placing an order for an important Mother’s Day flowers. I called her panicking the day before it was supposed to be delivered and she went above and beyond to help me out. This is customer service in its essence. Edited: Fast forward to one year later, I order an arrangement for my mother in law for her birthday. Lena called me to make sure it was okay to give my mom a crystal color vase as opposed to the red one that was advertised. Checking every detail to make sure that it was up to my standard.
