Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tamarac

Hello everyone. I am writing this review to help those who are looking for a Pizza Hut or pizza around Tamarac Florida. And are looking at these reviews for a good location. My experience at this Pizza Hut, is 👍. I moved to Tamarac, Fl a year and a half ago from Minnesota. I love pizza. I was learning Florida seeing restaurants that were around my area. I saw online there was a Pizza Hut, 5 minutes away. So at that time to, i read these reviews like you are now. I was like wow. Ok. But i need pizza sometimes. So i tried this Pizza Hut. No problems. I keep coming here. I only ever had 1 mistake and it was nothing that i could or would not eat. Not a big deal. There is one by where i work. The first time at that one was a delivery to my work for a co worker and i. We were very disapponted that time. 15 minutes late, on a 30 minute lunch break. Tamarac' Pizza Hut. I, Shannon will tell you most likely what your expierence will be like. All the people there will treat you like family. Talk to you. Show you your order. And before you pay, unlike, in Davie Fl. If you have a question on online ordering they will go through it with you. My orders are always ready when i get there. I go there probably once a month. Or more sometimes. I never get delivery from here, like i said im 5 minutes away. But i do talk to the main delivery guy for here if he is in when i go to pick up my order. I love all the people who work here. I have a friend who calls me a nerd for that sort of thing. But people, do you care if there are rude people working or if they fo not speak to you?. Here i love talking to the workers they are nice. Me being new to Florida a can learn from Everybody. One of my first visits to this location, i had a migraine called ofc of work. Went to pick up my order. Sam, he could tell i was not feeling well, he offered, me a soda. I took a soda. That was very kind of Sam. Things like that i, remember. If i go to pick up an order they can cheer me up. Even the nice guy i had seen in the evening a few times. I work at 3 pm. But i have been here in the afternoon and evening. I of course recommend Tamarac, FL Pizza Hut. I will also say there are bad Pizza Huts in South FL. Davie off University. Once there is to many visits. And i did there survey. Proudly gave low scores. Rude mean lady. Warmer the back is broken while she opens the front door. Shows your food before you go out the foor then when you see it the pan crust was flattened. Tamarac, Sam, your crew rocks. it may be a few minutes it is always a pleasure to say hi to you. Good job for having good people working with you. Everyone here will make you feel welcomed. I ordered a pizza online at 7:10pm, and after 1hr 10min, the driver called to confirm my house number, he was delivering to the address of the store itself. I make all orders online and have never had a problem, no clue. At 8:30pm I called the store to explain what was happening and after almost 10 minutes, they finally determined that I would have to make a new order. I told them I would just pick it up to save time. I hung up the phone at (8:42) and drove to the store which is less than 10 minutes away. I arrived at (8:50) and after paying (8:53), they grabbed a pizza and presented it to me. Since it had been less than 10 minutes since I hung up the phone, I questioned whether it was a new one or the one that was with the delivery guy. They got snarky said it was a new one, as the other was thrown away. It was luke warm at best and I expressed that there was no way that it was a new pizza, it had to be the one that was made 2 hrs ago. I was aggravated and hungry, and they assured me it was new. While I doubted it completely, I drove off. Before I left the parking lot, it was getting to me that it wasn't adding up. The box bottom of the box was cold. I opened it again and physically put my fingers into it and it was cold. I returned and explained to the manager who I was dealing with that they were absolute liars, and asked for a refund. I set the pizza on the counter and told them that I physically stuck my fingers into the pizza and through the cheese, toppings, and crust... I didn't even receive an apology from the manager, just processed my refund and handed me the refund receipt... PATHETIC!

have never been lied to like this, and it is an ABSOLUTE LACK OF INTEGRITY and a complete disservice to a loyal customer. Just unbelievable that they would defraud a customer and provide a completely substandard product. Serving a 2hr old pizza to someone who drove there to pick it up??? Seriously? I hope that Pizza Hut Corporate reviews this and fixes the situation with their atrocious customer service and their lying employees and Managers. The names on the receipts are SHKAYA and YOLANDE, so they were two of those involved and are verifiable liars. I have my receipts with all the times on it to confirm that there is no way that it was a fresh pizza.

The manager wilkenson at this pine island location was very rude and unprofessional. I come here occasionally and never seen him before, all I can say is get this guy out of there. I had a big order of $60 in pizza and other items, and he did not know how to use multiple gift cards at once. I asked him nicely to call his manager and after his manager (Sam) told him yes there is find a way and he began to keep trying and still could not find a way. He told me the system only accepts one gift card at a time and it won’t work. I asked him again politely call his manager back to have him guide you through it because I’ve been here multiple times and have used many gift cards at once. His response: “I am the manager and this is not going to work I told you, I can cancel your order and you can leave then if all you have is gift cards to pay with” I then told him why would you lose out on a $60 order because you don’t want to learn your system? Then he completely ignored me and began helping the guest behind me. Very unprofessional and even a few of his co workers were shaking there head behind him, probably knowing he was being very unhelpful. Never again, I also called the Pizza Hut on Coral Springs and wiles to ask them if they are able to take multiple gift cards at once if I place a big order... they said yes only if you pick them up in store because online you can only use one.
