Ferro Pizza should be called "Delicious Ferro Food & Pizza" my family went there for my granddaughter's birthday and it was such a good experience because the food was absolutely delicious. We had their delicious garlic rolls, and they're fried calamari, and then we all have different dishes. First of all the service was fantastic. Before we could even ask for more water or could you get me this and that it was already sent to the table. My food was exceptional. I am Italian American I'm very fussy about going to eat Italian food. I ordered the seafood dish with Linguini and I cannot even tell you how this masterpiece came out and how delicious it was. First of all they give such amazing amount of food and the seafood was delicious the pasta was delicious and cooked perfect and I was so pleased I couldn't wait to tell the owner. I looked at all the dishes that came out for the family, and each one had such an amazing amount of food and was so put in the dishes so well and looks so appetizing, and everyone was satisfied with the food. Sometimes you go to a restaurant and when the dish comes out it looks like they shared it with somebody else because the prices are high and the amount in the dishes is very small. That does not happen in Ferro's. The seafood in my dish was so well cooked, not overcooked and delicious with the amount of seasoning.... just perfectly done. My daughter had the eggplant parmesan it was delicious and also an amazing amount done so perfectly and looked so delicious when it came out we all said "oh wow look at that" we have gone there for pizza and their Pizza is really good, and does not make you hesitate to call them for delivery or to go there and sit down and enjoy a delicious pizza. Now you see why I want to call it delicious because everything in there is really good. I am very "Picky," and cannot wait to go back again!Thank You Ferros for making my granddaughter's birthday dinner something special. I come from Miami Lakes area and don't mind doing the driving to come back there at all. Hope to see you really soon Tony... if I close my eyes and just eat there and feels like I'm eating in Brooklyn New York where I come from originally....
Read moreThis was our first and last time we will ever go to Ferro's. First, the hostess was completely flustered as soon as we walked in. She was unable to tell us how long the wait would be and offered us no where to wait, and being that it was 95 degrees outside we were not willing to wait outside. After shuffling around for about 15 minutes we were seated. It took 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink order and to make matters worse, it had to have been at least 90 degrees inside the restaurant and only 2 of the 8 fans were on. Being that I am pregnant I asked politely if they could turn on the fan that was closest to our table. I was told that the controls to the fans were behind where a large table was seated so they couldn't do anything about it until that party left. We placed our order which was a medium meatball and mushroom pizza for my brother and I and my husband and brother's girlfriend ordered the eggplant parmesan. As we waited, I was getting more and more uncomfortable and asked a few more times if they could PLEASE turn on a fan and that I was really hot. My request was brushed aside each time I made it. Our pizza came out in a fairly timely manor but wanted to wait for the rest of the food so we could all eat together. 15 minutes later the eggplant meals came out (at which point our pizza was cold). The pizza was mediocre at best, there was almost no sauce and no flavor, but the eggplant was HORRIBLE!!!!! It tasted like they prepared it 2 weeks ago and stuck it in the microwave. It was soggy and tasteless. My brother's girlfriend couldn't even eat it so she ate a slice of our pizza. We couldn't even complain because NO ONE ever came to see how our food was. Finally, the table that was blocking the fan left and when I asked again of they could turn on the fan I was told it was broken!!! When it came time to leave the waitress asked why we didn't eat the eggplant and we told her it wasn't that great....her response..."you shouldn't have ordered it if you didn't like it"....seriously?!?! This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had and will be sure to NEVER eat at Ferro's again and will make sure our friends and family...
Read moreI’m not sure if they had a bad day or the customers that put 5 stars are not being truthful but i spent 67 dollars (including tip because the waitress was nice and did her job) HOWEVER the food was not worth 67 dollars . i agree with some reviews thats the garlic rolls are oily and have no flavor which is a common theme in the rest of the food I ordered. My child LOVES pasta and she barely even touched it. The spagetti and SINGULAR giant meatball from the kids menu was trash. its like the chef had leftover cat paté, formed it into a giant meatball and served that on a platter. We also ordered a margarita pizza… when i tell you i have never had pizza that bad the mozzarella was flavorless, rubbery and not the way it should be and the sauce i swear had NO FLAVOR!! i took one bite and just gave up honestly the kind waitress asked if i needed a box i’ve never been so quick to say NO i literally left an entire pizza behind a complete waste of money AND food. and one last note the floor under my table was so oily you could tell it was not cleaned properly. i genuinely hope they take this as constructive criticism because olive garden should not be better than a authentic...
