It hurts me to write this because the place is supper clean that all the staff is wonderful... but please save you’re money and pass this place. I started doing Laiser hair removal on my face and neck. Everything was fine it started working saw major results after 3 treatments. I had appointment in December it would be my 5th session, I told them I would be late on my 6th session since I could not find a day in January to come in they said it fine don’t worry it won’t affect anything. Great I called to make an appointment end of January I made one but had to reschedule because I was feeling some cold symptoms. I called back many times after many different days no answer, I said whatever I’m done trying to get a hold of them, but now I am growing crazy amounts of hair on my face in places on my neck I never had it awful I can’t stop crying I’m so embarrassed to leave my house I have to shave my face every day and it comes back like crazy! I’m so hurt to the point I can’t even go in to speak to them because I know I will go off on them with how I am suffering from this. I did this to feel better about my self and save some money in the long run but now I’m going to have to find another place pay all over again and pray this hair goes away I’m so...

I performed 3 sessions of morpheus 8 on my face, I spent approximately $1400 because I bought it is a promotion that they launched, I scheduled my 3 appointments with Dr. Tania, the first appointment everything was fine she attended me, the second appointment was attended to by Jen, I don't know why, but I consider that she was not trained to perform this treatment, she was reading what she had to do on a paper, which transmitted a lot of insecurity to me, she felt nervous and did not have the adequate precision to use the machine, the third session was done between her and the doctor, I felt like a guinea pig, she was trained her , after the 3rd session I let them know that the treatment had not worked that my skin was exactly the same, the treatment does not deliver what it promises or they did not know how to do, After this they told me that they were going to call me to give me a discount on another treatment and they never called me, don't go to this place to waste your money, I wouldn't...

Save your money and do not waste it here. Had a facial recently and it was no near being a “Spa” experience. People came to the facial room in and out. They had someone “observe” my facial without even asking if I want that person in the room. I did not pay all that money for my facial for someone else to watch as a “demo.” Ridiculous! They do the bare minimum for Hydrafacial and call it “Platinum” to charge you even MORE! The room was so small and they did not have anything set up that felt like “welcoming” for a spa day! No Spa soothing spa music, no beverages offered, no robes offered. Just bunch people talking around you and over your head while you get your facial. And the girl at the front desk…could talk your ears off! OMGGG she talks sooooooo muchhhhhhh! Like I’m here for the “Spa” experience and to relax…not interested in your personal life.
