I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was my first time visiting, and I ordered tallarines with chicken. What I received was a soupy pasta dish with green sauce and chicken swimming in liquid, nothing like what I expected or what I’m used to for tallarines. It looked more like soup than a proper meal, it didn’t look appetizing at all.

When I politely voiced my concern to the server, she responded with attitude and said, “That’s what you ordered” without any willingness to help or clarify. I then asked to speak with the manager, and she dismissively said, “What’s your problem?

The manager was nearby and clearly observing the situation but didn’t bother to step in until I had to wave him over. While he did apologize for the server’s behavior, he didn’t offer any solution, refund, or even the option to change the dish.

I have been to this restaurant many times since they have been open and most of the times, I order the same food. A family combo medium contains 1/2 beef, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 beef, with rice and beans. They only had chicken breast, and I said, that my family does not eat chicken breast. What about dark meat? They said that I have to wait one hour, and I said sorry, I cannot wait. Please give me an extra beef or pork. They said OKAY. When my husband brought the food home, we did not get any extra meat in our order. I called to speak to someone in English regarding the order, and they told me to call back. Every time, I called back, there was no one to speak in English. They should have just discounted my meal, and just charge me for the beef and pork. The meal comes with 2 liters of soda. They send me 4 cans of coke. If you didn't have 2 liters of soda, they should have told me that. Because I didn't ask for coke. I've had both pick-up service and sit down service from here and I have to say it's one of the premier spots on customer service and delicious food. If you are a fan of Peruvian or Colombian cuisine then please stop by here and order anything on the menu. My family and I have ordered a lot from here and we've ordered almost everything from the menu. You honestly can't go wrong here. Previously I've mentioned the customer service, they are the kind of place that will do everything they can to make you feel welcomed. If anything comes up that needs to be fixed, they help however they can and make things right; where most other places would give you a sideway glance and question your morality.
