Mark Wolok,
I just wanted to start by thanking you, for attempting to rectify and make right the situation that happened back in November. Unfortunately, I was even more disappointed in the return visit I had yesterday, especially after telling the manager on duty, that I spoke with you regarding the situation. I even tried showing him the email response you sent back stating that things would be taken care of, once I asked for Johnny, Art, or Ned, but not only did I feel rushed and kind of ignored, but I also felt like the manager at the time just wanted me out of his face. I waited patiently and asked for either Johnny, Ned, or Art. I don't even recall the gentleman confirming his name because all I can remember was him just stating, how can I help you or How can I make things right, but without even trying to hear about the past situation. Don't get me wrong, I know it was the lunch hour but it wasn't or didn't seem as busy as I've previously seen in the past. The restaurant seemed fully staffed and that being said I took a minute because it had been a while since I'd been in there and I was originally hesitant because of the previous situation. I am grateful that I was alone and not with a friend or family member, which would have just made the situation even more embarrassing. I started to place my order with the gentlemen, which was your two sliders with fries combo, "no lettuce & no mayo," and a drink, as well as an order of onion rings. And was a bit taken back when he stated, very abruptly and harshly, No onions. So at first, I was a bit confused and thought are you out of onion rings, or where you just not going to add that to the meal as well? I said okay, are you saying that I need to pay for the onion rings, to which he stated, yeah no onion rings, just the combo. I felt a bit embarrassed and I just said okay and then paid for the onion rings.
Now, in hindsight, I should have checked everything, but as I stated, I felt everything was rushed and not only was my slider order incorrect, but it didn't even look fully cooked, with the meat looking red and pink and I didn't even finish the first slider let alone eat the second. As usual, your fries and onion rings are always pretty tasty, which is part of the reason why I go back to your restaurant, but it all boils down to customer service and attention to detail especially in the restaurant business and in a management position. As a manager, I expected a bit more professionalism and decorum in the situation especially after stating I spoke with you, the VP and while I appreciate your attempt to rectify the situation, I most likely will not be eating at your Savvy Sliders location in Fort Lauderdale, at least not anytime soon. Unfortunately, a lot of my co-workers have said the same thing in regards to food quality and temp. I believe that Savvy Sliders have taken a turn in recent months, and it's not for the betterment of your customers, or your business. They just don't pay attention to detail, getting orders wrong and they're rushing out their orders not fully cooked. In the past four times I've eaten at your restaurant, they've only gotten my order right once, on the first visit, every visit or order since has been wrong or just inedible. So with all due respect, I hope that your managers and staff will get a retraining in customer service etiquette and service management. Don't tell your customers I'll refund your meal or I'll make things right and take care of you, but don't commit to doing so. A proper manager would have honored the company by rectifying the issue and taking care of the customer. Especially when the company and or staff were at fault,...

Savy Sliders specializes in gourmet sliders, hand battered and breaded chicken fingers, and hand-spun custard shakes. Slider options include angus beef, English cod, the famous chicken, crab cake, and a falafel vegetarian option. Some of the sliders have an upcharge.
I had the day off from school today so I decided to check them out for a late lunch. I guess word has gotten out because they were packed. You order at the counter and they call you when it it ready. You can also order from their app and they will keep your order warm for you in their warmer that looks like a locker up front. The app also has a rewards program you can sign up for. I decided to eat in and scored the last open table.
For lunch I ordered Box 1 which includes two sliders, fries, and a drink. For my sliders I chose the Classic angus Beef with American cheese, tomato, pickles, lettuce, mayo and ketchup and the Famous Fried Chicken with pickles, lettuce, and mayo. The food is cooked to order so it did take a little while to get them. If you are in a hurry I recommend ordering ahead. The sliders were good and I liked the chicken best. I helped myself to sweet tea which was also good. The fries unfortunately were horrible. I even eat mediocre fries and I threw these away. They reminded me of something the school cafeteria would serve. Next time I would try anything else. They also have sides of sweet potato fries, onion rings, and cheesy curds. Shakes looked good and might try the strawberry shortcake...
Read moreOMG LOVE THIS PLACE! I first went to Savvy Sliders with my best friend on her suggestion after reading reviews. It's a long way from home, but we were in the area and definitely wanted to try it. So happy we did as the food was amazing. My friend had the hangover slider and the spicy falafel slider with lemon pepper fries. I had the fried chicken slider and a classic cheeseburger slider with house seasoned (salt, pepper, & garlic) fries. The box one combo includes two sliders of your choice, fries, and a drink. There is an upcharge if you want a premium slider. $10.99 plus tax well worth it, as the sliders are large and with the fries, very filling. Staff was amazing answering all of our questions as first-timers. I decided to bring my husband back a week later, because it was just that good. This time we were not in the area, but to me the journey was worth it. We each got a combo box one. I chose the spicy falafel slider and it was so delicious. I again had the fried chicken slider and my husband did as well along with a mushroom & Swiss burger. He decided on the Cajun fries, which were perfectly spicy. Next time we will try different sliders, because there are quite a few to choose from. All the food was hot and delicious. What was the real star of the night was the owner, Art, personally came out and greeted us and told us all about his backstory and the different locations that he has opened. He was excited talking about the store and the different promotions that would be coming up and he was just a genuinely nice guy. He sat down with us and talked and it was really refreshing. Nici took our order and she was as sweet as can be. A shout out to Bri who was our original server that greeted my friend and I on our first visit and Johnny as well! A great owner + a great staff + fabulous food = a successful...
