Ah, Cicco Cali, what a charming little restaurant. I have many fond memories of this place, for it was here that I first met my late wife, Barbara.
It was many moons ago, when I was but a young man, full of hope and dreams. I was out on a first date, and I took her here to Cicco Cali, eager to impress her with my sophisticated palate. Little did I know that she was the one who would leave a lasting impression on me.
She ordered the "So Buff" bowl, and I remember thinking, "What a curious name for a dish." But she raved about it, and before I knew it, we were sharing bites and laughing over our bowls. It was love at first bite, and we never looked back.
Barbara was a woman who knew what she liked, and the "So Buff" bowl was always her go-to. I miss her dearly, but whenever I come to Cicco Cali, I feel her spirit with me. I can still see her smile as she took that first bite, and I am grateful for the memories.
Now, I come to Cicco Cali with my new love, who also has a fondness for the food. I must admit, she is quite the contrast from Barbara. While Barbara was a traditionalist who always stuck with the "So Buff," my new love likes to mix it up and try new things. I admire her sense of adventure, for she is always up for trying new dishes. But what I love most about her is that she always gets the job done, in a way that Barbara never could.
I must say, our server, Lauren G., was simply outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Her warm demeanor made our experience all the more enjoyable, and we cannot thank her enough for her excellent service.
In conclusion, Cicco Cali holds a special place in my heart. The food is always delicious, and the memories I have here are priceless. If you're ever in the mood for a wholesome, flavorful meal, this is the place to be. I highly recommend the "So Buff" bowl, of course, and anything else you may fancy. And do ask for Lauren G., for she will make your dining experience all the more delightful....

We got our order quickly and we loved our food. The food was delicious and tasty. The bowls that we ordered were healthy and everyone loved the food. The décor was also amazing and the service was also good. Do try their Brazilian Bowl. It is one of the best bowls we had.
Cali has been one of our best places to have healthy bowls. We love Cali so much that once a week we definitely order a bowl from it. For Sunday Lunch, we decided to order Spicy Brazilian and Crispy Potatoes. We love the atmosphere at Cali especially the outside seating which is cozy and on sunday they also had live singing going on. The service was also good and soon we got our bowl and potatoes. The bowl was delicious and it is one of our best bowls to have at Cali. Then we had Crispy Potatoes which was delicious and it was perfect with the bowl for dinner. We had a great experience at Cali in Tampa Palms! We started with the chips and salsa—mild in flavor but seasoned really well and very tasty.
For drinks, we tried the Aqua Frescas: Cucumber Mint and Grapefruit Lime. Both were lightly sweet and refreshing, but I personally preferred the Grapefruit Lime for its bright, citrusy kick.
The pepperoni pizza was a hit—perfectly balanced crust (not too thin or thick), and the pepperoni had just a touch of spice. Our child loved it too, so definitely kid-friendly!
We also tried two Epic Bowls. The Spicy Brazilian Bowl lives up to its name, especially with the crispy jalapeños adding heat. The lime sour cream, Caesar, and guacamole added a nice cooling contrast. Chicken was well-cooked, though I couldn’t quite tell how spicy it was thanks to the overall heat level.
The Thai Epic Bowl was a standout—light, refreshing, and full of flavor, especially with the juicy mango pieces. Probably my favorite item of the meal!
The vibe is clean and cool, with friendly staff and quick service. There’s plenty of seating indoors and outside, though only one outdoor table is covered—so indoor seating may be your best bet if the weather isn’t ideal. Parking and access were easy.
Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back...
