Let me start it by saying Iâm embarrassed. I threw a birthday party here not knowing what to expect. And I know some people will that say thatâs what you get. So let me tell you this before your me..it wasnât the greatest for what I paid. The package did not include what it claim to have. My child never received balloons. The food was over charged and terrible. đ€ą The pizza had no taste was gummy and hard. The cheese pizza had no cheese or sauce just dried and tasted like unsalted dough. Nothing you can do about that because they make you order it 2 or 3 days in advance. The popcorn 3.50 for a little bag was stale. I ordered one for every kid because who knew that too was disgusting đ© 32.50 down the drain on that! nachos plates are literally chips with nasty melted cheese which hardens as it gets cold⊠The overall service is SLOW! We waited 45 mins for those nasty chips with cheese.. something that takes 10 mins to throw in a microwave. When asked about it they told us the service was slow because the priority was the birthday parties. đ ok so what is mine?! Over $600 and we had no privacy right smack in the middle were non party tables were at. So of course not enough seats. Wasnât enough room for 10 kids let alone adults. I PAID for space for 10 kids and 7 adults!!! It was completely hectic because People that werenât throwing parties occupied the other âpartyâ tables and crowded ours. They took a head count for nothing because the adults had nowhere to sit! When the kids came to eat every adult had to stand because it wasnât a party area!!! The standing wouldnât be a problem if we werenât over crowed by people that werenât in our party. Kids running into us while we sang happy birthday is not my favorite moment. when our party finished they had the nerve to kick us off the table while other non party people took over. For the price of 415 TO START for a âglowâ party. Definitely wasnât what I expected. Not enough black lights or something.. Sky zone has the detention of a Glow Theme. Iâm just overall disappointed and I feel disgusted and robbed. No, I was robbed! I paid over 600 and I donât even know for what? For just the kids to do all the attractions?? The adults were uncomfortable, because there is nowhere to seat to watch the kids âŠthe front doors are automatic so little ones can literally walk right out. Because nobody cares there. The food was absolutely terrible and the place wasnât as big as you imagine. Itâs way over priced for what I received I shouldâve paid no more than 200 tops for what I got. For 10 kids to jump unlimited it wouldâve been 332.00. So what did I pay an additional 300?! The cheap glow stick necklaces that are sold at the dollar store next for a dollar? Why you didnât get my balloons from there?! I paid for them. I know itâs Not for the kids that work there pay check either because I was told they get paid like waiters and work off tips. The place is BANKING and they donât offer anything worth it. I feel sooo sick from thisđ©đ Please be advise going here. Money doesnât grow on trees and this place isnât worth a birthday party they have to many flaws and they donât do anything about to correct it. Trust you donât want to feel like me right now. Down that much money and all I got was a crummy birthday shirt for my kid. $600 for 2 hours of stressful aggravation and probably Covid from the massive crowd! Thanks for the âstress freeâ environment...

The particular facility leaves much to be desired in the way of cleanliness, food and customer service. Food court experiences: Mac nâ Cheese comes straight out a Kraft microwavable cup, I can tell you this with some level of confidence given it was not evenly heated thru when we ordered it. Some parts of it were incredibly boiling, other parts of it were cold. Pizza is doughy as others have remarked and quality may pass for middle of the road store bought freezer selection. You can often overlook bad food by preparing ahead of time [eating a meal elsewhere beforehand] but what you canât overlook is lacking customer service. This review is largely based on several key observations from a very bad experience today.
Many of their attractions, even on busy days have signs that indicate that they are closed but could be opened by a crew member upon request. How about those just be open full time on a Saturday or Sunday? Staff appropriately. Pretty disappointing when you have to track a crew member down to help you enjoy a indoor theme park attraction vs. it being readily available to enjoy. As others have noted, not too many employees enforcing safety protocols or rules for patrons. Lots of times, I cringe at the thought of those littles getting hurt by an older kid/teen. Often these employees can be seen paying more attention to their phones than their jobs, wearing their masks improperly, believe it or not folks it should be over your nose. Chins do not need a diaper, so leave the masks on properly if you are going to wear them at all or just don't. Photo provided to show employee on phone and wearing a mask improperly.
Though, nothing was as quite as remarkably disappointing as when we arrived today at 10a.m. due to some bad internet information regarding special holiday hours of operation of 10a.m. (Veterans Day) & to have someone come to the door and tell me that they open at 11a.m., I informed the young [female] manager that online it is showing that they open at 10a.m., but she did not bother to acknowledge it very much in that moment. After waiting an entire hour in the parking lot for them to open, we got into the park and made the manager aware of where that information of opening was located. I have attached a screenshot for reference. She apologized and said the corporate office handles all their time postings, but that is a BIG miss. It is an indoor theme park, shouldnât someone be triple checking these sites to ensure information is correctly posted about hours of operation? I also bought to that managerâs attention that the Tubes Playground was littered with trash, cups, candy wrappers, eaten lollipops sticks, dust, straw wrappers, paint drippings. She said she would have someone get right on it. No one got right on it, we were there for 2 hours and my daughter being very young spent the majority of the time playing inside there with me and NO one ever cleaned it up. It was clear to me that cleanliness is not something that is checked by management daily or at nightly close if that is how they opened the facility. A real shame, I have attached pictures of all the goodies to be found inside the Tubes Playground. Is it ironic for an establishment that boasts âThe Worldâs Cleanest Indoor...

Quick review: Affordable VERY CLEAN! They serve wine and beer!!! Weight limit 300lbs Parents/big kids can do everything!
Long review:
Micah was so warm with her welcome as we entered! She answered all the millions of questions I had! My 9yo and I were here from out of state (spring break). I was trying to figure out the packages, signing the waiver and thankfully Micah got us going!
We got a great package (ultimate) so we could get on everything! I was pleased to know adults could partake in everything as the weight limit was 300lbs and the flip bumper cars were over 300lbs!
My zip experience was hilarious! I feel Micah went above and beyond when she saw I had lost momentum and was dangling from from the zip line like a piece of meat!!!! I was laughing at myself but she came over and laughed with me! She could have just laughed from a distance or ignored it but I told her we were out of state earlier, so just showing up alone having that one moment of me dangling in the air (I laughed so hard) she talked to me till someone could help! She told me someone was behind me with the âstickâ to help me to the next platform! (If they have a stick for that purpose then it must happen often lol) It was all laughs ( I zipped 4 times) got a beer the last time and this big kid called it a day!
(they have to cut your bands when you purchase alcohol fyi) makes sense BUT ladies there is wine!!!!! I was SOLD!
Lastly, my daughter and I have been to a handful of indoor parks and trampoline parks in our area and I will say URBAN AIR IS THE CLEANEST ! It did not smell like feet, it was busy (we attended12-430 on a Sunday) but not an uncomfortable, sticky kid, busy if that makes sense! Keeping in mind I did every activity there!
Only advice I have is check the times and ticket prices as they change. If you plan to do the air walk and zip thingie bring your own personal hand sanitizer up there. the ropes you hold on too make your hands feel sticky!
The employees especially Micah and that beautiful man that pulled me to the platform when I got stuck, all of them were amazing! And for a job where you hear constant screaming and dealing with obnoxious kids all day I was not bothered when I saw one or two employees visibly annoyed haha!
Canât wait to come back! Thanks again Micah !!!!! Have a...
