Read moreSince moving To Davis Islands 3 months ago we have ordered from here 5 times. The Pizza is great and the Boneless wings are awesome, so why only 2 stars. Well out of those 5 times, they have gotten something wrong on the order 3 times, so that's a 60% failure rate, so I am taking away 60% of the stars. Last time we ordered 24 boneless wings but were only given 12, which was a pain because we did take out. I called them up and they said that they would keep my name on a list in the cash register as kind of an IOU. I told the guy I wasn't comfortable with that as that system rarely works but they said that's the only way they handled it, so no choice for me other than getting back in the car etc etc.
Well tonight I went in to order pizza and claim the wings that I was owed, and you betcha, the guy behind the counter had no clue what I was talking about. Why do you keep hiring kids to work the front area. This guy had the speed of a slug, got the orders wrong on the 2 people that were ordering in front of me , when it finally came my turn he looked at me like I was growing horns out of my head , was looking all around the front lobby area instead of actually listening to what I was ordering and asking about the IOU. When I suggested he go talk to someone who actually knew what they were doing in the back area or ask for a manager, he told me to cut my attitude, so I walked out. I will come back tomorrow, this time for my refund and in the future get my Pizza at Oggi across the road
Update 03/18/21 My wife wanted wings, so we decided to try this place one more time. Well they messed it up again. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza like we have every time with the wings. Here is the description from their menu "Barbecue sauce base, grilled chicken" Well there was absolutely no sauce, zero, zilch, nada, the pizza was bland and hard because no sauce. So out of 6 times visiting, they have made our order incorrectly 4 times, so that's 1 star removed for each time. I knew I shouldn't have gone there again and I went against my own better judgement. This place is useless, I can't believe they have stayed in business. If I messed up at this rate and so consistently with my line of work then I wouldn't have a job. I could go back to ask for a remake, but why bother, they will probably screw that up too....
