It has gotten tougher and tougher to go there and I think many go because there are no other options, so it's 100% location. Food is average diner type food, some dishes are ok, but breakfast is weak. Potatoes have zero flavor for one example. But the worst part is the service has gone down hill. Always slow, slow to turn tables and very slow to get your food, with no excuse since it happens too often. They should know that Saturdays and Sundays are busy days and make adjustments. Servers are polite but not exceptionally friendly. They already cut the food options on the weekends (bizarre choice) so it should be faster. Partner had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on Cuban bread with hashbrowns and loved it as well. There were only 2 servers taking care of the tables inside and out which seemed pretty thin for a busy Sunday around 1. Reading reviews prior to entering, this seems more common. Definitely not the servers faults, but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. The booths felt pretty cramped so I would opt for the tables or an outside table if available. Having lived in Greece, there are certain flavors, dishes and seasonings that are specific to the cuisine. The Gyro (year-ro) bread tasted store bought, shoe-string fries (a step above burnt), chicken seemed pre-packaged and warmed up, and the Greek salad was nowhere near Greek. The waitress was very pleasant as well as the cashier. My guess is the reviews are from the locals that frequent the restaurant on a regular basis....
