I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kraby Krab during my trip from Georgia to Tampa. Despite arriving just an hour and a half before closing time, the service I received was exceptional from start to finish. I cannot express how impressed I was with this restaurant!

First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable dining experience. They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome right away. The service was prompt and attentive throughout my visit, even though they were preparing to close for the night. It's truly commendable how dedicated and professional the staff were.

The food at Kraby Krab was absolutely fantastic! I had the pleasure of trying their delicious dishes, and I was blown away by the quality and flavors. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. But what impressed me the most was when the cook graciously offered me a sample of his different sauces before I left. It was a delightful surprise that showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Another memorable moment was when I found myself waiting for my cousin to return from the restroom. The staff noticed my enthusiasm for the lively music playing in the background, and they kindly turned up the volume to make my wait more enjoyable. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Overall, my experience at Kraby Krab was extraordinary. The excellent service, delicious food, and the staff's genuine care for their customers left a lasting impression on me. I dont like their "new sauce" as much as the old sauce, and my shrimp was so smooshy. I called and they put my name down to come back to get fresh but not ideal. They are still super friendly and deserve 5 stars though!

I called in my orders, and there could not have been better service. They were so friendly, did not make me feel rushed, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. On the first order, they even threw in some extras. I got the #1 with the mixed seaoning the first time, and it was DELICIOUS. Everything was cooked perfectly. And there was so much sauce🫶 The sauce is THICK and rich. I've never had sauce like this, but it is probably a tie with one other place I've ever been to on #1 spot in sauces. Other places I have to order extra sauce, but not here. The sausage is different than any other place. it's good! 8/10 on that. On my second order, I got the #10. Again, everything was perfectly cooked. Ive continued to get the #10 and switch it up a little every time. No complaints with this crab shack! Not to mention, the prices are unbeatable!! I think that's the most important part--because they're less expensive than any other place I could find but don't reflect it...

Highly disappointed in the staff today. Called at 12:07pm to place an order the man told me 1pm pick up time. I arrived at 12:52pm and the doors were locked. I then called the number back because I placed an order and was expecting to pick it up. The guy on the line stated that he would be arriving in 5 minutes and didn't show up for another 20 minutes only for the food to not be ready. Then he blamed me at 1:25pm for my food not being ready because I ordered boiled eggs. Then tried to over charge me until I pointed out the prices. He also claimed to give me a 15 percent discount for being late and never did. The food was completely DISGUSTING! All oil no taste, corn and sausage were cold! Then the "owner" or whoever is answering the phone just had the nerve to call and yell at me about my review! I will never spend another dime here and I hope nobody else does either!
