Longer version: Emiliya has been a pleasure to work with in purchasing our property to build our forever home. I am a civil engineer knowledgeable in drainage, site development and permitting, and I was relieved to find a Realtor who understands the factors that must be considered when purchasing a property to build. Emiliya looked high and low for a property that would fit our requirements. She found a few great properties, but we had our eye on one that was listed well out of budget. Emiliya immediately called the seller’s agent and expertly negotiated the price down 15% and within our price range! She was very responsive at all times and visited the property with us on a Sunday afternoon. She brought Mike Cogdill along - her husband and experienced builder - which was a bonus, as he gave his thoughts and recommendations as well. The businesses Emiliya recommended to us for geotechnical investigation and survey were also excellent. (I am keeping their contact info for future projects!) We recently closed on a property to build our dream home / at home business. Emiliya was wonderful every step of the way. She referred us to a bank to help us with financing, helped us with searching for a property that would fit our very specific needs and wants, and helped with making sure the property we chose would work for what needed it for.
