Mr. Empanada - Armenia, West Tampa — Restaurant in Tampa

Ordered 3 things, and all items were burnt. The fries given was already bad because it wasn't a full bag, half the bag was empty and the fries on the bottom were all burnt, picture included is the fries left over that weren't chucked out the window during my ride home. Now, the empanadas sides were too burnt to bite off, so they had to be discarded. Called to complain after getting home which was 40 minutes away, and the first call I was told to hold, then the line was disconnected, the second person who answered did not give her name and stated she'd give my contact information to the manager to find out what he wanted to do, stating she doesn't know if I'll have to come back today or tomorrow, I thanked her she didn't say goodbye or hang up. Before hanging up myself, I could hear her move on to the next person in front of her to take their order. I then disconnected and started my review, Now upon going over the order with the 2nd woman on the phone I informed her the name on my receipt says (A) although I gave the woman at the register my name as (Key), which is also what I did when the woman on the phone asked what time I placed my order, and then when she finally found it she complained it made it difficult to find my order because it was listed with name (A). So even after she expressed distress, that my name was taken down wrong originally, she again didn't remember my name was Key, and placed blame with me for being unable to find the order stating I gave her the wrong name to locate the order. So in all, my experience here was not enjoyable and food was a waste of money, since I'm now home making my lunch after...

Never been here before, so I had to get an order in while I was near by! (Tiny hole in wall places are the best!) while I order through mobile app, and for curbside pick up today, I was waiting unusually long. Decided to go inside thinking they just forgot to bring it out. It’s 2:10 pm not busy inside, I asked for my order.. they said it was already picked up. The only man in the kitchen proceeded to have a ridiculous fit over my order “missing”…”never made”…who knows! I wasn’t in the least bit shocked, but I still wanted my food, I definitely didn’t mind waiting..this man proceeded to come look at my order on my phone ( like I wasn’t being truthful?, not sure)…and was flipping out at the 4 women working, speaking to them so rudely RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME…. Talk about AWKWARD!! Not sure if I’ll ever go back, but the ladies were nice, and apologized about the mix up. I ordered a Cuban, beef and cheese empanada, and black bean soup! Was pretty good! I hope that man has a better day, I would NOT want to work for or with him..he didn’t even apologize. He threw my food up at the front window for a lady to pack up too.. lord have mercy talk about being an uncomfortable first...

I would Watch Out for this location or maybe any of them. They have a scammer device in their possession. Don't Let them slide your Bank Card twice, because if you do they are getting your Information. This happened to me Yesterday at this location..... Pretty sad you can't trust Restaurants Anymore..... I give this Place a. -0 for their dishonesty Explaining... You can say what ever you want, I came in there yesterday the lady scanned my card, then after I got my drink she said it didn't go through. So she had to scan again. You Place of business was the only place I used my card yesterday. By yesterday evening there were over 250.00 worth of charges on it. Thank The Lord, my Credit Union caught it in time. They are reporting it to the Authorities. I have a wallet that can't be scanned. I Did Not Go Anywhere Else after eating lunch there, nor did I use my card Anywhere Else yesterday. You might need to Check Your Employees.....
