By the looks of the reviews, this place is going downhill. This was my favorite Subway in this area for a while because the Food quality was better than other Subways.
I made my online order for pick up like usual. When I arrived. I gave my name to the employee and showed her my confirmation page in the app. She tells me that it doesn't have my name on it, and she can't give me the order if she can't see my name, which I say well I'm in the app so I don't know why it doesn't have my name. What do you want me to do? Go on the Settings and give you my name. She then says well. She can't give me my order until she sees my name so I go into my Settings account and show her my name. At this point, I'm frustrated because why am I having to do all this with an online app? What's the point of doing this if I'm going to take longer to do all this. I've never had any other restaurants do this aside from showing them the confirmation and giving them your name. I even spelled it out for her and she still wouldn't take it. I'm frustrated at this point because she's giving me her attitude at the same time and I tell her what am I going to do guess someone's name and showing you a confirmation. She proceeds to say you don't know how many people have stole people's food, guessing their name. Like huh?? I would understand if I'm there, guessing peoples names and don't have a confirmation in my hand, but I'm literally showing you my app and you're doing all this, For what? I told her the confirmation number is on the app tracker. You literally have to verify that with the receipt you have on the bag. Why make it so hard over a sandwich ?? First time I encounter this. I felt so embarrassed because There was other customers there, and this was so uncalled for. She then said to not come back to her store. If I don't want her asking my name like OK. You think after this unprofessional encounter. I want to come back to this store. To top it off the sandwich was hard from over toasting, so I guess that was the cherry on top to not come...
   Read moreThe lady behind the counter a white lady kind of chubby on the day I was in there just look at my date and time. She is very very rude she had a nasty attitude with me and ask my coworker who was with me why I brought my water into the bathroom with me before I left. What business is it of hers what I do in the bathroom with my water? Really? Every time I have went to that Subway, I eat Subway a lot by the way, that very same lady the chubby white lady I keep calling her that because she has no name on her name tag, she always give my girlfriend dirty nasty looks and me because we are homeless. she is just very rude and should not at all be working in customer service at all she is very mean and very nasty. So I went in there again two days later and while I was ordering my food she was in the lobby talking with it looked like her family and the two children that were with her she told them I was homeless and these two children sat and stared at me the whole time I ate my food there. I love Subway food but I think I am not going to eat Subway ever again because of the way I was treated when I was there by that lady she is very nasty and does not need to be working customer service at all and when I say nasty I mean she has a nasty attitude towards the homeless and I have spoken with other homeless people who eat there and they say the same thing but she is very rude to them give them nasty looks and talks bad about them to her other employees I'm pretty sure you know who I'm talking about just by me describing way she acts but I am done with Subway I will never eat there again I'll probably go to Blimpie that is all I am done with Subway for good I'll never eat there...
   Read moreVery disheartening that I had to go back and change my original 5 star rating down to a 1 after this past Sundays visit. Every Sunday I order the same pizza on the app. I get to the store and the associate states theyâre out of pizzas and had no way to contact me, only to later realize my number was on the printed order. I ask kindly to refund me but she states the app is through a third party and I must dispute the charge with my bank? So therefore I go plan B, I ask for a six inch sub equivalent to the same price. She says she canât do that either? She calls her store mgr, Tiffany who was extremely unprofessional on the phone from the start, Tiffany originally states I can have a 6 inch sub. I ask if I can have a footlong, of course willing to pay for the other half. She states I canât do that? After trying to plead my case, still professionally, Tiffany tells her associate (btw this associate refused to give her name? Even though it started with her not wanting to give me a call from the start) that I now canât have nothing? Perhaps they just got sick of it and decided not to do anything at all? I canât be served and I canât have my money? Two other customers were in the store who both watched this happened literally stated âI canât believe theyâre doing this to you.â I would understand if somebody was irate or rude perhaps but I was cool the entire time, I was in total disbelief. I wrote to corporate, still to this day, no refund or credit or anything from subway. Customer service isnât easy, I do everyday. However, this was handled very poorly. Letâs be better...
