Wendy's — Restaurant in Tarboro

So, we use to go to Wendy's at this location often. But, the customer service became so bad we stopped. Wendy's is my husband's favorite place to eat. So tonight we decided to give it a shot. Well, the inside was closed (which) is fine. So the drive thru we went. We waited 7 mins no one ever came over the speaker. So, I called the restaurant! The guy that answered was very nice and apologized. But, it still took two minutes for someone to come over the speaker. So, we placed our order. Pulled up to the first window and paid. Got to the 2nd window, was asked to pull up it would be a 2 minutes wait. Everyone after us got their food. 15 mins later still no food. Finally 25 minutes later we get our food as they are closing the restaurant. Our food was very sloppy and one of the chicken sandwiches were not even wrapped up it was just thrown in the bag and was just sitting on top of the other food with the wrapper crumbled up beside of it. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We pulled in Wendy's at 9:25 and pulled out at 10pm. The restaurant was not busy when we pulled up we were the only ones in line. We only ordered 3...

2nd time I’ve been to the Wendy’s and they were out of everything I ordered. This time I ordered a spicy go wrap, a Junior cheeseburger and a Diet Coke. They said they were out of Diet Coke, so I asked for a diet Dr Pepper. I was then told they were out of diet Dr Pepper so I asked for a regular Dr Pepper. I was been told they have no Coke, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper or diet Dr Pepper so I was like give me a Powerade. I was then told when I got to the window, they had no Powerade. So I asked what did they have and they said sweet tea, unsweet tea or water. I was told they did not have a spicy chicken go wrap. So I got the burger and a sweet tea. The tea was not sweet, and a burger what is just a plain hamburger. This is the second time I have been to this location and have not been able to order what I would like. Also the service is so slow I could understand it if it was at a peak business card but this was at 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I waited in the drive-through for 18 minutes to not get what I wanted and for what I did get was not...

Total order: parmesan Caesar salad with two extra parmesan crisps and a large diet coke.

No large cups, ok--change drink to medium.

AFTER paying and receiving no receipt I arrived at second window to be told no dirt coke available. So I canceled my drink order.

Was handed my salad, reminded her I needed refund for my drink. Rolled eyes followed by a loud huff. Three minutes later I got my refund.

Had checked the bag and crisps were missing, requested the two missing items. "That will be $2.14." Excuse me, I already paid for the extras AND they've always been 24¢ each. She walked away without speaking. Two minutes later someone else came to window to ask what I wanted. Told her I wanted the two crisps I already paid for. She claimed I didn't pay for them so I handed her two quarters and finally received the crisps.

Got home: no chicken on the salad. So I paid $10 for a bowl of...
