Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tarpon Springs

I’m sorry, apparently I never write any bad review for any place but today I’m very up sad, they make my drink wrong and didn’t apology and instead tell ME NO we don’t have that drink, I been working there for years I never make that, ( that’s a LIE!!!) and I been ordering there lots of time too and it’s the Second time they make wrong for me. First time I didn’t say anything. Second time I have to tell them that they make it wrong but instead ———-!!!! So I been ordering same thing every Dunkin Donut I go and it’s call Green Tea Ice Macha Latte. Does the picture bottom look like green tea ice macha latte?? NO t’s not. That’s WHY it make me very up sad - all I ask if it sweet or not so I can get the side sugar put in it, and I already don’t mind if they make it wrong but instead she don’t apologize but being rude instead, it’s very disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. I understand if you being busy - I already forgive you and just want the side sugar put in it. But oh man!!!* SIGH** Anyway the old man registered was nice he understands...

So I am a regular here and spend Hundreds a week at this location but the other day some nasty lady Iris that works here had an attitude because I didn't want to use their Junk Kiosk I went from going here 2 to 3 times a day to where most of the people know exactly what I want before I walk in the door but now the store on 19 that don't have a Kiosk will start to get my 2 to 4 orders of st least 22.50 each order daily because an employee isn't going to tell me I have to do her job sorry I'll just go somewhere else with my money I will come in maybe once or twice a week to see people I know but not to spend like I have been I don't know how Iris can work with customers with her nasty attitude that chased me out of the store and went to 19s store. The evening crew is the best though! Management sucks completely as if you don't have cash you must use their Junk or go somewhere else in other words managers want you to do cashiers jobs I am 💯 sure sales for this month will be down just from me not spending a few hundred dollars a week...

How do I post a big fat ZERO st☆r ? Where to begin? This Dunkin is awful and I am finally boycotting, I will drive out of my way to go the one in Holiday from now on. The speaker has been broken for months. You either hear nothing or get completely blasted out of your skin. Orders are almost never right. Everything is always thrown in the bag with hostility. Mention this Dunkin to anyone in Tarpon and they just laugh. By the way, not once or twice, but regularly, this Dunkin runs out of straws. How does that even happen? How am I supposed to suck all of the sugar granules from the bottom of my iced coffee ??(when I order liquid sugar, of course!) Five mornings a week for a year I order the same thing every single morning and I can assure you that minimally the order is wrong 30% of the time. Look, I get it. It is fast food. You don't expect the staff to be stellar, but get at least one aspect of the business right. Anything..... just one thing..... NOPE..... not at...
