I'm writing this review after 2 tries. Both times we ordered through door dash. First time I ordered 2 tacos and it included a side of rice, my husband ordered a quesadilla, I also got a side of sweet plantains. No complaints from hubby. However my side if rice was missing. I called they took my info and said they would replace it with my next order just call when I order from door dash again. Everything else was great! 7 days later, I ordered a stuffed burrito and hubby got the quesadilla again. I called and they said they would make sure to give me my rice. My food arrived. My burrito had jalapenos on it, which I didn't ask for. It wasn't terrible but I'm not huge on peppers but it actually wasn't bad. However halfway through the burrito I looked down (we were watching a movie while eating) and realized there was a hair stuck to the outside of the burrito where it was grilled. 🤢 I pulled it off. I'm not one of those people that freak out about hair but it just kind of added to the overall experience of both tries in a super negative way. The lady on the phone was super nice both times I called so I'm not going to leave a horrible terrible review because it was both good and bad. Read moreI’m not even sure where to start. My boyfriend and I wanted a late dinner (we work night shift) and kept seeing this place pop up as an option. We decided to try it and he placed an order online through order.app? Which is listed as a way to order. He goes to the location in Holiday and they’re not open! So he calls the sister location in Port Richey and they said it’s not the first time that it’s happened and they think it’s FRAUD. That they never received our order and that they receive orders for both locations. We just wanted our order to be made, but they wanted him to pay for it AGAIN even though we had the receipt and PROOF that the order was placed. They only offered a free dessert. If you’re fully aware as a business owner that there’s fraudulent activity USING YOUR business’ name, I would definitely do something about it. Incredibly unfair to your customers. Also as far as I’m concerned what’s listed under google can be changed by the business owner, so how is this even possible? Please BE CAREFUL if you choose to order from here. Read moreI love the food, but honestly feel they grew too fast without a consistent team on board with the same passion for the business that the owners have. My first order was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes, took almost 2 hours and didn’t even get everything on the order. They were slammed and short staffed so I didnt make a fuss, second order Im assuming there was new employee working the kitchen because only half the of the tacos were topped properly. This time around the same rushed presentation. Barely any meat on the tacos, which is why I started coming here and stopped going to Taco Bell. While I love the flavor, as a person managing multiple businesses I feel there could be a lot more consistency if the person or people working in the kitchen just took an extra 30 seconds to pay attention to detail. I will definitely be double checking all future orders for accuracy before going home with them. Don’t misunderstand it’s fresh and when put together properly the food is amazing!
