This was my first time ever ordering from or having Marco’s pizza and I probably never will again after this, not because of the food but because of the absolute ridiculousness of this situation. I placed an order for a large pizza, salad, and brownies at 5:59pm. Per the confirmation email my order was “promised” at 6:30pm. I didn’t get an email saying my order was out for delivery until 6:40pm, not a big deal I figured they’re probably busy since it’s a Saturday night and I only live 2.2 miles away. This is where my irritation starts. By 7:20pm, my pizza has not arrived and no one has contacted me. I call the store and when I finally get someone on the line I get a call from someone else in the store, so I answer it and am told that the driver can’t find my address and that she googled it and it only “showed a street”. She then gives me the drivers number and asks me to call him to give him directions. I hang up and try calling him multiple times with no answer. I call the store back and get the same person who then has to confirm with someone else in the store that she gave me the correct number, it was, she then calls the driver to tell him to answer his phone when I call. I hang up with her, call him again and am told that his “device” is working again and he’s on his way, he’s 6 mins away. My order finally got to my house at 7:36pm, the pizza was cold, the brownies are cold, and the salad is pretty much room temperature (no surprise there). Why did it take 40 minutes from the time I was emailed saying my order was on the way and me calling the store while also being contacted by the store to be told my address “can’t be found”, when I know for a fact that my address is easily found via any drive direction app. Then the run around getting in contact with the driver, which I’m also confused as to why he didn’t just call me to begin with since they obviously have my number, to then be told by him when he finally answers that his device is miraculously working now and he’ll be at my house in 6 mins, which coincidentally is exactly the amount of time it takes to get from their store to my house. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary nor do I think I’m being unreasonable to be irritated with this situation. I’m a pretty understanding person, but come on, I have my limits. Oh and I did try to submit customer feedback via their website, but every time I try to and click to “submit feedback” it takes you to their login page and even after you login it takes you to the page to place an order, not...
Read moreI don't often write reviews but this experience today was unbelievable. I ordered 5 pizzas and upon arriving only 4 were made. I asked what happened to the 5th pizza and the young lady in the back in the kitchen mentioned it might have been mixed with another order.🤦 So I waited about 8 mins for the pizza to be made. Meanwhile, the other four were still sitting on the counter going stale and cold. 🥴Once the pizza was done my sister asked how long ago the other pizzas were made since we waited 8 extra mins. We were told about 5 to 8 mins (That's a total of 13-16 mins of those pizzas sitting on the counter.😮). I decide not to make a fuss about the other four pizzas. Upon arriving home (I only live just a few mins away from Marcos) I open one of the pizzas that was on the counter. It was two topping chicken and feta. I only saw about two little tiny pieces of feta on that pizza the rest was nothing but only chicken. So I drove back to Marcos to ask if they can remake the pizza and add feta. The shift manager refused to make me a new pizza not considering the fact that he made me wait for the fifth pizza and the fact the other four were getting cold and the bread getting soggy in a closed boxed pizza. So the only thing I could do was asked for a refund. I am very disappointed for the lack of customer service. I have been a faithful customer since day one of the store opening but with this experience I no longer going to support this local business. To the Store Manager, Business Owner please make sure your employees, especially, your managers are properly trained to communicate with their customers in a kindly, courteous, understanding, caring manner as I felt like the situation was not dealt properly and I was ignored. Read moreWe had a large order due to it being a family members birthday party. We ordered, received the confirmation and updates via the tracker as requested. I received an email stating that our pizza had been delivered when it had not. Since we were at a resort we began calling the front gate, main check in area, etc to find out where our order was delivered even though we had put specific instructions as to where it should be delivered. Attempted to call the store multiple times and it either went straight to hold, we were disconnected or someone answered and put us on hold for over 20 minutes. The worst experience ever! This store had absolutely no customer service and could not even get a response from the manager when requested. Do not order from this place unless you want to ruin...
