HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I got off work a couple of nights ago and stopped at this location to grab food for my daughter and me. Everything went well until I got home and my daughter went into the bag to notice my meal was missing. I spent approx. $30. My Daughter's question to me was "Mom, did you not get yourself anything?". My response to her as I was getting undressed was, "Yes, you don't see it in there?". My daughter says, "No ma'am". I immediately just threw some clothes back on and went to the location with my receipt to let them know as I know I joked with them at the drive-thru window so they would remember me. Well, it seemed as though one of the young ladies was new and in training who was at the drive-thru when I was there. She came over to the counter when I went inside to explain that I didn't get my order. She went and got another lady who was at the drive-thru window with her - I assumed a night supervisor who I also saw at the window when I first went through the drive-thru. I have her name on my receipt but as I'm typing this, my receipt is at home. I will adjust this review with that night's supervisor's name. The night supervisor was told why I came back. She IMMEDIATELY came over with an attitude asking me for the bag of food. I told her that my daughter was already eating her food and I shared with her the conversation between my daughter and me and I said, "So, I don't have the bag". The supervisor rolled her eyes, looked at me really nasty, and said harshly, "I just asked you a question". I responded to her and said, "And I just gave you an answer". She stared at me as she slowly turned around then she proceeded to say, "Well, I know that we fixed your order", and I said, "Well you may want to find out who you gave it to because it wasn't me". I mean, I just spent $30, why would I lie about a $13 meal? JUST RUDE AND NASTY! I am a Director and I would NEVER HIRE OR EVEN PROMOTE ANYONE WITH SUCH A NASTY, RUDE ATTITUDE. I mean what type of example did she set or is she setting before the crew members that report to her? She most definitely is not a leader. What is the upper leadership of this establishment doing to not be able to recognize poor leadership as they are offering opportunities to the crew? I will come back and put the supervisor's name in this review. To describe her for now, she is short, heavy-set has short hair, and is not professional. They should know who this is as leadership.
Lastly, I still was expecting to enjoy my food once I returned home. Well, it looks as though they used some brown old chicken, and the burrito was cold and awful as well as the taco. Oh yeah, the fries that I ordered as well, was, of course, cold by the time I got home. I was just outdone. I couldn't even eat the food, once I got it. I had every intention to go back to the restaurant the next morning to advise the day manager but I didn't have a chance to. I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell. The screen on the kiosk wasn't working properly. Looked at the lady staring at me to ask for help, she turned and walked off. Managed to complete my order. 1 double decker taco, 1 chili cheese burrito, 2 crunchy tacos, 2 drinks. Apparently they're out of syrup on pretty much every drink. Dine in, they threw my food in a to go bag. Missing one taco. The same lady stared at me as I stood at the counter finally asked, "what's wrong". I told her I was missing a taco. She storms over and snatched my bag so harshly it tore the bag and looked in, then stormed back to her monitor. She interrupted me telling her what my order was, to repeat to me what my order was. "1 chili cheese burrito, 1 double decker taco, 2 crunchy tacos.". Yes, and I'm missing 1 taco. She told another person on the line she needed a taco. She snatched it and threw it in a bag used for the cinnamon twists and dropped it on the counter. As she walked away I tried to ask for Diablo sauce since it wasn't out front. "If it's not out there then we don't have it." And she stormed away again.
If you truly hate your job enjoy to foster a bad attitude to customers, why not find another job?
Also, the dining area was dirty, what I presume would be stuff belonging to employees on at least 2 different tables...and a smell of weed in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered online and I got there and waited inline for them to tell me they said they didn't have any online orders, I ask the if the address was correct I was ordering from and they didn't know the address, found someone who said it was the right address so I got out of line and canceled the order and reorder it drove around the building and got back in line when I got up to order guess what they said, we don't have any online orders. So I ordered in the drive through and canceled the online order again. Waited on now 5 cars in front of me again. Got the order and headed home they didn't give me any mild sauce and the tacos had a teaspoon of meat, the chicken Cascadia was a cheese Cascadia no chicken.. the taco bell granda had tomatoes on it when I said twice in the drive to put them on the side. But it did have meat but no cheese lol. I hate writing bad reviews I came up if you can't say anything good don't say anything at all but they aren't going to do better if we don't hold them accountable, they will keep getting worse because we accepted it bad so they get...
