Burger King — Restaurant in Tarrant

Truly the slowest place EVER!!! Food is Good, but the service needs major help and management! I give it two stars because of the food is actually cooked right and this one guy at this location he works in the afternoon that I normally see him when I stop by (every so often). He is such a nice gentleman and very friendly definitely someone I always enjoy seeing or hope to see but I don’t know his name (next time if I see him I will get his name because he is soo nice). However besides those two stars given this place needs new management! It is the manager job to keep every employee in check and doing there job but apparently NOT! If the employee don’t have someone in check (which the employee are High school kids) they will do what they want act like they want and it shows with the customer service they have. Always got an attitude towards customers, never getting orders right, and extremely Slow!! Never have I sat to wait on food for more then 10min seriously. Please please someone fix this places up with some real management that will keep the employees doing there jobs (highs schools kids don’t care they are just working for money but they should at least get some good experience for another job if they want something...

I came in on my lunch break today and got two meals for me and my coworkers and Vershawdra Rose and her manager was very disrespectful to me. The customer I asked what was Miss Rose’s name she would not give it to me. She said she did not have to, but I got it off of the receipt anyway because she rung me up. I asked her because she bagged up the meals separately she tossed me a brown bag for my other meal instead of putting it in the bag like I asked her not just the first time but the second. The manager I believe is a seven day Adventist because she was wearing a dress instead of pants. My food was not warm. The order was wrong again cause I asked for no onions. This is the seventh or eighth time that I’ve dealt with them during my lunch break. They never have gotten my order right and I have my coworkers they can prove the same thing this needs to be condemned or either revamped and definitely needs new management, I’m not through because I’m gonna I’m not gonna stop till I talk to somebody about how rude both of the managers was...

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. After my boyfriend got his food, he saw that there were two gang signs (Stars of David with 666 in the middle) drawn on the wrappers. I called and told the shift manager, left my name and number for the GM and just called the GM who STILL had no idea what had happened. Let me clarify. A Burger King employee threatened a customer with a gang sign drawn on the food, and NOTHING has been done. No call. No refund. Nothing. This place isn't just nasty, it is literally, PHYSICALLY dangerous to be here. When I called the GM to let her know, she interrupted me, shouted me down, and generally tried to make it seem like I was making all this up.
