As adults we ALL know its a roll of the dice with the younger crowd. I've experienced both rudeness and courtesy & both speed and lag (with this bunch) it just depends on who's on shift.
What i have "not" seen were people wasting time on cell phones or being overly loud on a constant and that's a plus.
Reality check: Pizza takes 15-20 mins to cook (even at home we know this). A place with high-volumes of customers might have even a 5-10 min more lag like this place. Also, some fast food places do not keep the same staff very long and you're going to get different service with different people.
People who just complain: Order 15-20 mins AHEAD of time to avoid annoyances. Otherwise be silent and think before you write something bad down about this place.
Temporary Note: They are closing early during the Tarrant 6:00 pm "curfew". I got there, at 9:05 pm, only to be told my order was cancelled. A screw-up on their part but their manager made good on it the next day. So they're locking down the online ordering at a certain time to prevent further mistakes.
I respect a manager who takes responsibility as long as they "fix" the problem along with it. Free food and apologies mean nothing if the problem isn't dealt with. This manager seems focused on fixing the problem.
The end-all-be-all rule of fast food places: Sometimes places have to hire who they can get just to keep the place going. Some are motivated to their jobs, some are not, and some just get burned out because of repetition (been there, felt like that).
"Suggestions" help, "unfounded"...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery good. Friendly service. However, the store closed at 10p and we were there at 9:30. We were unable to order what we wanted because we were told all they had left was a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, and cheese bread. We took it because we hadn't eaten all day. Your store says it closes at 10p not 9:30p. I know what its like to work fast food. You don't stop cooking until closing not when the employee feels like it because they want to go home or to save time on accumulating hours. I don't believe the customer is right all the time even though you have to put a smile on and act like they are. If cooking stops at 9:30, you need to post signs that say so. I didn't see one if you currently have them posted. Have it big right where customers can see it. I was upset that I couldn't get what I wanted but I was to tired and hungry as were my passengers, to put up a fight about it. It's not good business. I hope there can be a positive chang to correct this issue. To end positively, for the cost, Lil Caesars is the bomb. I go there all the time. I usually don't go anywhere else. Thank you for your time...
