Owner has terrible customer service.Ordered a chocolate peanut butter cone with a chocolate peanut butter milkshake with whip cream on the side. They attempted to give me a chocolate vanilla twist. Informed them my order was for a chocolate peanut butter twist at which point the owner scolded me stating that when the order was repeated back to me I should have caught that and she now has to throw away the cone and it costs her money. I informed her it was never repeated back to me to which she angrily replied she heard her because she was standing right there. No she never repeated back to me because they were too busy being confused about the side order of whip cream I also asked for. They were busy trying to understand this simple request at the time they would have repeated the order back to me. But even if she did repeat the order, why would the issue be 100% on the customer? Your employee misheard the customer but if the customer misheard the repeated order it is all the customer's fault? Mistakes on orders happen. It is part of business. How can you fault the customer for your mistake! Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service. I used to be a regular and told everyone about this place. Now I will never be back and tell others to stay away....

I’ve been here a few times now, and always get one of their shakes. Good flavors, and if you get a strawberry shake, it has real strawberries in it, not just the flavor like other places sometimes do. People I have been with have had great things to say about their blue soft serve, and the vanilla soft serve is excellent. There are a couple of outdoor seating areas that offer some things to do. As for the customer service, one of the people in our party had ordered a twist cone, but the twist for the vanilla and blue was broken, so they made a cone with a little blue on top of some vanilla, and repeated a couple of times, then did not charge for it. Very unexpected, but a nice thing to do! One thing to keep in mind is that they don’t sell food besides ice cream - not their business model and why the food trucks are there, but just a heads up as some dairy bars do. Wow, this place is exactly what Bethel needed. The owner, Merry, is no-nonsense, bold, and practical. She clearly cares for her customers and employees, but is not afraid to step on toes to keep things orderly. The major (and only!) downfall to this location is the parking situation. There is often traffic backed up on the side of State Route 125 waiting to turn into the parking lot, which means business is GREAT but it can cause dangerous traffic situations. This business is growing and thriving, and Merry gives "the people" what they want - varying flavor combinations of ice cream, soft-serve and hard-packed, and "Legen-Dairy" creature themed treats (i.e, The Bigfoot, the Mothman, etc) Great value for the price, this place makes it affordable to take my 4 kids to go get a treat from time to time. I hope for long lasting success...
