First, let me say the customer service is top-notch! The amount of time it took to receive our food was minimal. The place looked very clean and inviting. Now, that brings us to the food. It was mediocre, in my opinion, for a family owned and operated, small town, restaurant that specializes in breakfast. Geotta should be slightly browned and creamy inside. My geotta was very overcooked, dry, and crunchy. I can definitely overlook that, though, as geotta can be tricky to cook! The hashbrowns are a very healthy serving, yet they lack any real flavor. The Belgium waffle is a nice size, but the taste is overpowered by the massive amount of melted butter/margarine that was poured over it. I would strongly recommend serving that beautiful dish with the butter on the side like your syrup. The half order of biscuits and gravy is enormous. However, the gravy was a disappointment. It has the obvious taste of a powdered gravy mix. When specializing in breakfast, you definitely should be serving a basic milk gravy. The prices are very reasonable for the portions. This review is just my personal opinion based on my personal experience and taste/expectations. I feel as though there's an amazing opportunity here to tweak a few things and become an unbeatable...

Pros The food was big portions and priced fairly Staff were kind and willing to help even being extremely busy they made sure you were taken care of. Restaurant is a lot bigger than it appears from the outside and parking is not terrible sense they have there own private and street parking available. Given how busy the restaurant was it was clean staff were also making sure tables were wiped down. Tables were well stocked with napkins, salt, pepper exc… for a good dinning experience.
Cons Although this restaurant is family owned and local it does need some maintenance such as flooring coming up and making it hard to push my chair in and out, plate came with a massive chip missing out of it, tables and chairs do not match exc… The food was tasty but had a little lack luster such as processed slice cheese being using instead of fresh shredded cheese, gravy mix instead of home made fresh smoke fixes that would elevate the dishes. Restaurant is small so you must be willing to wait for a table staff was trying to greet each guest but was overwhelmed and...
Read moreMy wife and I live in Bethel and this was our second time eating at Rise & Dine. We had the biscuit and gravy and the French toast with banana topping. I will only say it was the best breakfast we have ever had. I will never go to another restaurant for breakfast again. We ate at Cracker Barrel a few weeks ago and it was overly expensive and the food was not good. This is a small town business with a big punch of great food. You would be a fool to spend your money anywhere else. The price and quality of food is better than you can get anywhere else. You might have to wait, but it is well worth the wait. We can't wait to go there and try their lunch dishes too. Also, the atmosphere is very upbeat. Our waitress Kylie is the best! She will most definitely give you great service and a great smile and a great start...
