My father runs a small business and uses his PC on a daily( hourly) basis. When he got himself locked out of his PC, and I couldnt unlock, I was freaked. I made some phone calls suspecting a virus.. most places said it would take min 2 business days and quoted 80/hr bench time at min of 2 hours to diagnose and repair. I called Mike, he quoted me a great price, with work being done in a couple days max, and said he would only charge for one of the two problems I thought it may be. Could go right to a store front shop, very conveniently located on Main drag in Bethel. Mike explained what he planned on doing, and answered all my questions. Left PC on a Friday afternoon and picked up Monday. (Mike even came to shop on day off to allow me to pick up.) The whole transaction was professional, efficient, and priced fairly. Will be taking a few more items to have repaired, can't really say how much I appreciated the care and concern taken. This is how business...

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. We have used Mike at Robo-Rigs several times and have been extremely satisfied every single time, and this time was no exception.

Mike built a computer to our specifications for my business. He came to our house to install this computer and move another, networking them and verifying the machines were in working order.

It has been a very stress free process and I was able to get back up and running in no time at all!

I will continue to use Robo-Rigs and will recommend them any...

You have no clue how this gentleman saved my life this weekend. I was advised that every document in my laptop was no longer on the laptop or accessible. Mike met me at the store and within less than an hour eased my near heart attack. He located everything! Permitted me to catch up work over the weekend for many days lost due to my husband being air cared and on life support. I'll never go anywhere else to resolve computer-related issues....
