Milano's Pizza- Tatum — Restaurant in Tatum

ordered a pizza and breadsticks. pizza was luke warm and we were on time to pick it up if not 5 mins early. The breadsticks..... what a joke!! they aren't breadsticks, it is a piece of bread that is toasted on top. Horrible take on breadsticks. If you aren't going to serve real breadsticks, take it off the menu. I asked for garlic butter with the "bread" and i got a gold of cold butter. Are you kidding me? This place is a joke and a waste of our 20$. Learn the definition of hot pizza and breadsticks PLEASE!! I am very upset at the waste of my money and will not be back. Not to mention the owner has horrible...

I hate to give this restaurant a bad rating, but two weekends in a row, I’ve called and been answered by a woman that sounds like she’s having a nervous break down or may be under the influence of lord knows what…then tells me that she’s an hour backed up..and I try to be nice to have them hang up on me. I call back, giving them the benefit of the doubt, to literally have them answer the phone, hold it up in the air, and hang up again….I have gotten pizza from them twice and loved it, but I think the actual owner was working when I went…he was super friendly but man…his help..needs help…or something…God...

We place pick up orders at least monthly here. The main guy always answers the phone enthusiastically and in today’s world that kind of customer service is rare. Another perk that is rare in the pizza world these days is including Parmesan and red pepper with each pizza. This place does it without asking and it’s a nice touch. The pizza is delicious and the same every single time. The cheese bread is delicious too. I only wish they delivered and that the marinara dipping sauce was hot not cold. Will continue to give them our business. SO much better than chains like pizza...
