My mother, daughter, & I come Herr, and even though the line was the length of the store it went rather quick and was semi safer I guess instead of having people behind others at the registers they only allow 1 customer at a time at the registers which actually is better so their stuff isn't on the belt with yours and gives u more time to organize your selected items in the boxes that they provide free of charge for customers ....Very well organized, clean, and some workers are very kind and nice as well as very knowledgeable of where certain items are located throughout the entire store while others are still learning but if they don't know they will get someone asap to attend to you that can help you!! I appreciated that so much!! Great store overall and some prices are extremely high while other prices are extremely reasonable & fair... OVERALL A GREAT CLUB TO PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP TOO & IN TODAYS WORLD 🌎 BUYING CERTAIN ITEMS/NECESSITIES IN BULK IS THE SMARTEST MOST REALISTIC THING TO DO ESPECIALLY WHEN U HAVE/BUY A BJS MEMBERSHIP & HAVE COUPONS FOR THOSE ITEMS IN BULK YOU'RE ACTUALLY SAVING A LOT MORE THAN YOU THINK....I GET MY TP, PAPER TOWELS, SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER, AMONG A FEW OTHER NECESSITIES I BUY AND I END UP SAVING A LOT MORE THAN BUYING SMALL REGULAR PACKS ....So with the economy the way it is & let's be honest it's highly doubtful its going to get any better...so your better off getting a Bj's ...

Update* Ordered delivery FROM the APP. The driver didn’t arrive after calling and texting and texting and calling so i call BJs who then informed me that “it’s not their problem my order was not delivered it’s out of their hands once it leaves the store!” This is absurd!!! I had to be transferred for some ignorant male employee who would not listen to the fact that I ORDERED FROM YOUR DAMN APP NOT DOORDASH SO IT IS YOUR DAMN PROBLEM. Needless to say we’re out $61 cause the driver never answered , BJs Taunton store told me it’s not their problem and “doordash” had no record, you know cause I didn’t order from DOORDASH!!!!! Do better! I have never had a problem with this store. App. Card. Nothing. This put the nastiest taste in my mouth. SMH. Appalling to say the least to tell me it isn’t your stores problem when you’re the one the packed it up for delivery. Assigned a driver and had it delivered! Absolutely trash! I’m filing with the BBB so I can try to get my money...

After calling around after seeing a nail in my tire, I called BJ’s to see if they had time to fix it knowing it’s a Sunday. I believe his name is Jeremy. He answered the phone was very friendly. I know they’re short staffed on Sunday and he asked if I could bring it in at 10:15 because he had another worker coming in and he would get to as soon as he could, so I arrived at 10 AM and surprisingly a girl by the name of Hana helped me at the desk and she had grease all over her and was as cute as could be. Not the person I would expect at the counter she helped me right away, even though they were very busy because they were only two people.I had to wait a little bit. I didn’t mind he fixed my tire perfectly and I was on my way.BJ ‘s you should be very proud of Jeremy and Hana. They are excellent employees and were so accommodating and so friendly and I know they were very short staffed. I will be back in town next week and I will plan on stopping by to thank them again...
