Not only have I been a loyal customer for years but I've also worked here twice. The place has gone downhill even more than you'd think. Only reason people go here is to meet their drug dealer or pick up a sad, almost what they wanted coffee. Always some loaded needles in the parking lot with junkies n smelly homeless people surrounding the entance. Food comes out half cooked. I dont even trust the hashbrowns. Only rated them so high on "atmosphere" bc theyre great if you like a little reality tv drama with your unsatisfactory coffee. The manager has no buisness being manager, cant even properly do inventory or place a weekly order; let alone manage a buisness with 30ish employees. Favoritism is an issue, especially when it's based in personal connection and not the quality of work. LITERALLY walked out one day due to poor managent. There have been literal physical FIGHTS behind the counter. I just can not wrap my head around it. The only hope for this establishment is the fact its 24/7 and the fact they have Tanya as assistant manager and Amanda on the crew. Plus a few of the youngins there...I hope the owners do something soon because it is evident they give not a single care for that location anymore. I've seen the LOYALIST customers walk away dissaprovingly and just not speak up. Na. I'm gonna say something. Y'all need to give Tanya that position and get rid of this Dina character, she is rude to customers and backstabs her employees. Also the level of disrespect is unhinged. And, theres been issues with my pay on multiple occasions that have gone unresolved. Not only is it a mess for customers but the majority of employees are suffering too. Do NOT eat the food and whatever u do DO NOT work under the current manager. Its only safe to visit during witching hours or...
Read moreOn Saturday, 4/16/2016, we stopped at this Dunkin Donuts. The drive-through line was long, so we opted to head inside, where the line also ended up being quite long. We decided to wait. After being in line for 3 or 4 minutes, I figured I'd use the bathroom while waiting (I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant so it's no surprise that I had to go). I left m husband in line and asked an employee for a key to the bathroom. She explained that they were for paying customers only. I let her know that we were waiting in line, and will be paying customers as soon as we got up to the register. Her response was very rude, and she let me know that I'd have to continue waiting in line and pay for the item first before she'd let me in to the bathroom. I realize that they're probably trying to keep drug users, etc out of the bathroom, but this pregnant lady was humiliated. I didn't continue to wait in line because I couldn't. I'm really disappointed that a long-time, pregnant customer was treated this way. I'd say that I won't go to that Dunkin Donuts again, but I don't think they'd even care, or that it would make...

I asked a cashier for a small frozen coffee and I got charged for a large at the cost of $5.34. She seemed to be new. I then asked why my debit was charged for a large when I specifically asked for a small. The seemed to be new cashier stepped aside and a different Dunkin Donuts cashier with different colors in her hair said, " I'll credit your account", and she charges me for a small in her credit attempt to boot. So I complained for this time and asked for $5 back. Now a tall, skinny, African American now steps in and gives me an attitude. She told me to call my bank! All I want is my $5.34 back! I even tried showing them my bank transaction history showing they charged me twice! I was insulted by a group of employees and walked out telling them I'll call corporate. I felt I was being scammed because they refused to properly credit my debit. Repulsed with this Dunkin's!!! I used to love...
