Dunkin' — Restaurant in Taunton

This is the worst Dunkin in the city of Taunton. The product is just like any other Dunkin anywhere. It's the poor poor poor customer service we receive to often and today was the last straw. I consider myself to be a kind and understanding person especially with food staff and a high pace work place. However when you charge someone $4 for a sandwich on top of $8 for two coffees you expect your order to be correct. No, they gave us our coffee's quickly charging our card as we are repeating ourselves through the drive through window 3x "we ordered a sandwich as well." She apologizes, quickly takes my card again charges the $4 and gets us out of her way it felt. When I finally get to my work place to eat. I open the bag and see that they literally threw a plain bagel with nothing else in it. They didn't care at all if it was correct they just wanted to keep it moving. I was in there this morning. I ordered a medium dark roast iced coffee, a boston creme donut and a sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin. I got the coffee and donut right away, but it took what seemed like 20 minutes just to get the sandwich. I sat down with my coffee and donut and 2 women came in and made a large purchase, it was 14 of this that and the other thing and got it right away while I was still waiting on my 1 sandwich. A few minutes later I got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and 2 bags of hashbrowns (as a piece offering). I told them I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. I was told I can keep what I had while they made my correct order. I finally got it but it tasted like rubber, so i threw it out and left because i just had it! I went there 2 days in a row and threw out both coffees. Someone has to teach the workers how to make caramel lattes and what skim milk is. Yesterdays coffee I asked if it was skim milk because it looked very light she said it was. It was not it was whole milk. Today I asked to please make sure it was skim she gave me a little attitude . There is possibly 1 pump of Caramel. It is suppose to be strong but it is so strong that I can not drink it. Both days when i got to work in Fall River i had to throw it out.
