Maria’s place is Such a wonderful place to have breakfast. The owners and staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. There are lots of options from standard breakfast fair to different kinds of omelettes, homemade pastries, and muffins, pancakes, French toast, etc. I’ve had the pleasure of eating there twice. The first time was a very simple ham and eggs and the second time with sirloin tips and eggs in each case the portions were large the home fries, simple, four or five toast selections and a really really good cup of coffee. This most recent visit there was only one other table being waited on. Never got a menu or silverware upon arrival. Food was weak - bacon undercooked, English muffin burned, eggs overcooked, and waitress only asked if things were okay after we were done eating (too late to point out issues).
