First time ordering there. I was in Morton hospital which is about a block away. The pizza showed up over an hour later. It was so cold you couldn't even separate the Slices. So of course, the pizza was terrible. I couldn't simply warm it up cause as I say I was in the hospital. With delivery a small soda and a chocolate cookie my order came up to $27 and I left a $3 tip. They closed at eight o'clock that night and I got the pizza around ten after. Obviously, I wasn't very happy. So the next day I called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager got on the phone and right away I knew there was gonna be an issue. She explained to me that there were 5 others. I'm gonna repeat that 5 orders in front of mine. Now, so people don't think I'm selfish I understand that they have to deliver In order but if they would have delivered my pizza first, it would have took them a total of 5 minutes. The pizza shop itself is within walking distance of my room at the hospital. So common sense would tell you that if they waited over an hour my pizza was going to be ice cold. She was very rude condescending talking over me. I explained to her that I wanted a refund. I didn't want to spend fifteen dollars on a pizza that I didn't eat and it was horrible. Her response was they were not going to refund my money because I had ordered it the day before and there was no way she could do it which I found mind boggling. She then said I could give you a credit for the pizza for $15 now due to the service and the quality of the pizza that I received I didn't want to eat there anymore. I told her I didn't want to credit. She says take the credit or get nothing very rudely. So just a warning to people who are going to go to piZoni's. I would ask around to friends or whatever that have been there personally and ask them about the quality of food. Because my experience was terrible. I will never, ever order...
Read moreI will never order from this place again. I ordered two subs that were identical except I wanted pickles on one. They gave us both subs untoasted and they put cooked onions when I requested raw and the girl on the phone specified "Raw onions right?". we both cannot stand the slimey texture of cooked onions so we could not stomach the subs. That's not even why I'll never go there again. I won't ever go there again because of the attitude I received from almost every person I encountered on the phone. I place the order patiently and clearly and the girl on the phone acted like I was a nuisance for calling her. I could tell right then my order probably wasn't going to be right. I get my order and of course it's not right so I call up the store. I was speaking to one woman at first who was fine but then a woman Michelle picked up the phone and was being passive agressive rude. So because of her attitude I decided to not even get the food remade and just ask for a refund because I didn't want my food spit in or anything done to my food. She got offended and became more rude with me. At first she told me that I couldn't have a refund and they don't do refunds. Then when I asked for the manager information she said she could refund me for the two subs but not the fries. The place is cheap and the employees are rude. This is not the first mess up from them by the way. We have ordered a few times but never again. Highly disappointed...

For some reason every time I order food from this restaurant something is not right I don’t usually complain but this is the last chance the Taunton Piezonies gets. I don’t want to speak to an owner or a manager but I would like you to understand the quality of food that is coming out of your store is spotty. Some days it’s good some days it’s horrible. I can easily say I would not recommend it to anybody unless you are ordering from the raynham store. I have not had one issue over there and the quality of food is much better.
