Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Tavares

I placed an order on 4-12 6:07 pm. 1 large veggie, 1 medium bacon cheddar burger. Took 45 min no big deal normal delivery time. Received order at 6:45, called store at 6:47 order was wrong, spoke with a gentleman, explained that I did in fact Receive the large veggie, however I got a BBQ chicken in error. He asked me do I want a refund or do I want the correct pizza delivered. My husband was looking forward to the bacon cheddar and I asked if they could deliver the correct pizza, he said yes, and that it would be about 45 min... I said ok. I called the store back at around 8:00 pm when pizza never came. Spoke with a girl and she said same thing, do you want a refund or pizza delivered as it would take about an hour, I explained i have already been waiting the hour on the redelivery and had already called in about the error. At this point my husband was very upset and wanted a refund. I was told she can not authorize a refund! I asked who can? She said only the owner. OK what is his name? His name is Pat, can I have his last name? Oh I don't really know it! Then she said she could give us a store credit for the next time we order. This is so crazy. Who signs the pay checks over there? Who is in charge? I am so disappointed in this Hungry howies location US Hwy 19 Tavares store# 3074. Why do they ask if you want a refund or the pizza redelivery if they won't do either of those options. My husband is not a veggie type of person and he don't like BBQ sauce, so he made himself a sandwich and took his blood pressure medication. Again i’m writing another review today for the same guy- Jon is the only one working here at the moment and he is going above and beyond the fact that he is the only one working here with so many orders. Today my order was waiting on me! Way to go, Jon thank you for your service!!think they need to add at least two more employees at this establishment the food and everything is good however Jon is working 2 to 3 jobs at one time. I was baffled when I called tonight to order my son's usual (junior cheese pizza & 20oz crush). Usually it's that's simple. Phone call takes 30 seconds or less and they have the order made for me in 8 minutes. Tonight however, a lady with a foreign accent answered. Tried to order but the lady would not get off the phone with me. Tried to upsell me every item on the menu. So after saying "that's all i need" for the sixth time. I hung up on her. Went in to hopefully pick up my order but of course the lady never put it through. The gentleman at the counter said they now have a call center to take orders!!!
