Arby's — Restaurant in Taylor

Normally I go to the Arby's closer to my house on Telegraph (US 24) but since it's cut down to one lane on both sides traffic is a mess so I chose to go to the Arby's on Eureka Rd near Inkster. This Arby's was very slow to take orders at the drive thru speaker. I was the 2nd vehicle in the drive thru line and the car in front of me waited easily 10 minutes to place their order. When I finally got to the speaker my wait wasn't long. When I got to the window I had a slight wait but nothing out of the ordinary and my jalapeno bites were very hot (because who can wait to get home to eat those!?). The food was good and made exactly as ordered. I think the long wait at the speaker was really due to be short staffed inside which is really out of their control. Placed a mobile order for 2 beef and cheddars, one 8pc Jalepeno bites, one large coke, and one smokehouse brisket meal. My boyfriend goes to pick up our lunch and they tell him that they don't have beef because they just opened and it takes too long to cook. Manager Josh then tells him that they can make my sandwiches with brisket but everything else would be the same. My boyfriend comes home with two beef and cheddars with brisket on it, no Cheddar Cheese sauce on it, with sliced cheese burned onto the bun. Sandwiches were bone dry and inedible. On top of my sandwiches being messed up, my 8pc Jalepeno bites only had 6 in there. I spent my last $24 that I had on this food and I'm still hungry and completely broke. I will not be back to...

How in the hell do I place a mobile order and get there 15mins later its still not made. Asked about my order and the lady said that she doesn't see it on the screen. I showed her my app and she confirmed it's that address but didn't see it on their end. 2 cars in the drive thru line no1 there 20 sandwiches on the counter she goes to the back and is making something completely different. I asked her is she making my simple order and she says it's not on the screen so she can't make it. I had to go out of my way to get a refund. I have to wait 3 days for it to come to me.
