We were in Burger King for almost 30 minutes that is absolutely ridiculous
I placed a mobile order today September 29th 2023 at 3:49pm. I waited in my car for roughly 5 minutes before I went into Burger King. I was not able to walk out with my correct food until 4:26pm
As soon as I was walking into Burger King an employee up by the registers was yelling to an employee in the back and yelled to them a very obscene word I had my young child with me and she heard their profanity!
That lady who yelled that foul language did not have a name tag on but I am pretty sure that I could point her out, she does not deserve to be up there especially with the way she was treating the other customers going through drive-thru.
As I patiently waited to receive my order that I had placed in the parking lot of Burger King I asked one of the employees about my daughters coloring page to receive a free ice cream cone he said okay and he walked off and we never received it from him. I had to bring it up again to a different employee for them to feel her free ice cream cone order.
I asked one of the employees a question regarding the Fandango promotion for paw Patrol and he was bewildered as to what I was even talking about. I had to have him call his supervisor for him to get any type of information regarding the promotion on the app. That should not occur ever if there's a promotion going on the employee should know about it so that there is no confusion with the customers.
We were in Burger King for almost 30 minutes that is absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurants to take that long. There were four employees that I could see working which none of them had the Burger King attire on to say that they actually work at this restaurant.
I am so angry that I spent $20 at the restaurant and wasted my time it makes no sense. They even messed up our order as we stood there and they were preparing it. I put in a mobile order and I could see it on the screen myself standing in the waiting area and I can see that I specifically told them not to add pickles or mustard to a child's double cheeseburger. Before we left the store I looked in the bag to make sure that everything was there and to check my child's hamburger was made correctly and it was not. So we had to wait additional 3 minutes to receive the correct hamburger. I was very angry and annoyed at this point I was so ready to leave. When we arrive home I pull the items out of the bag and see that the french fries are burnt they gave us burnt french fries as you can see in the picture. I feel as though I was scammed out of a $20 meal that I paid for for my family to enjoy and we did not enjoy it none whatsoever.
As I stated earlier that employee that cursed when we walk through the door does not need to be working there. Her attitude was very out of control for someone to work in the front of a restaurant. If someone could go back and review the security cameras they can actually see how they are interacting with customers. I was standing there listening to the conversation that she was having with one of the customers going through drive-thru. She stated(I believe while the mic was off) "this girl don't know me she don't know who she messing with these customers better calm down and watch their mouth" that is just beyond me...

I placed an order over the app the app never informed me that the store was not offering breakfast however they do have on their Marquis sign two for four croissants but the are not open for breakfast the manager said we're not open for breakfast and just turned off the microphone in the Drive-Thru and left me there with an order that I placed online even though I said I had an order over the app and she said I don't know nothing about no order online I never ordered online and just stop talking stop communicating how rude and disrespectful has no fiduciary responsibility to the company that she works for or her customers I'm not an advocate of people losing their jobs but when a management responds and behaves in this manner she should not be allowed to...

I'm surprise they are still open as long as they have been because as I have tried to give them chances, it never fails that the services is so slow with no one inside or in line and the employees are so RUDE! Gave them another try today and took at least 2 minutes for someone just to come on the speaker to tell me to please wait.i said ok. Another time coming there and nobody inside. I'm the only one in the line. Finally another employee does come on the speaker to take my order. The guy has a bad attitude and when I tell him what I want. They rudely ask what size and I said, you know what I'm good and I drive off. Im not giving this place my money the food probably will hurt my stomach anyway.
