I wish I would have took my camera into the bathroom but I didn't have my cell phone with me in the bathroom. As soon as I open the door and I said holy s* and the other guy in there laughed. Their bathrooms are absolutely horrible they're filthy they have graffiti all over the place toilet tissue all over the place. My wife use the women's restroom and there was empty pop cans all over the floor toilet paper everywhere two of the three stalls had poop on the seats or smeared on the toilet. Luckily the third stall was a little bit cleaner but she was able to clean the pee off the seat. It looks like they haven't cleaned the bathrooms in 6 years no kidding. Then to make things even more frustrating they charge you almost $17 for dinner they only use 60% of their hot food tables. So the selections of the food is very average. And typical buffet food. It should be called lucky you don't get sick because thank God we didn't get sick but if their bathrooms are that filthy nasty and haven't been cleaned in years what in the world does their kitchen look like? If I could give zero Stars I would. The outside of the building looks brand new but that's only because they refaced the plaza. But the inside of the restaurant is tattered and torn and has been well-used and never updated and probably never cleaned. They have empty boxes or storage boxes or something all around the soda service areas that are supposed to be stocked with soda machines but are not. I don't mind paying a dollar for a can of pop. At least this way the pop is a lot cheaper. I would seriously recommend never going to this restaurant. Maybe for takeout it's fine cuz you're going to get plastic silverware that way anyway. Look for $17 I would never sit down and eat dinner again. I'm in the top 10% on Google buffet reviews so I think my review means something good luck to everyone I hope you...

My family and I where regular customers. The last time my husband and I took our six kids there for dinner, and half way through dinner we noticed all of our cups (white coca cola plastic Glass cups) looked dingy, wore out, scratched up, dirty, and disgusting on the inside. When we told our waitress, she smiled, laughed and giggled and asked if we wanted another round of drinks, (laughing? That was kind of rude, don't you think) anyways... She brought back our drinks but this time in blue coca cola plastic glass cups ( to make them look more appealing I guess).. But each coca cola cup was STILL dingy, dirty, scratched up, and wore out on the inside. We took our kids, and we marched up at front counter with our cups in our hands, to show the manager the disgusting cups. The manager was literally making excuses, saying "the cups are not dirty, they are just worn out" we told them... "If I am a PAYING customer having dinner with my family of eight, I expect to drink out of clean cups!! If you came to OUR house, you wouldn't be happy if we served you water out of a dingy, scratched up, dirty, wore out cup... Would you??" Manager told us to pay only half the bill... but this had nothing to do about money. We where paying customers! We where upset that they didn't even apologize. Not ONE I'm sorry. NOTHING!!! Instead where making excuses! Shame on the owners of this restaurant! The least the owners can do is afford to purchase new coca cola glasses. Not the plastic ones... But The actual glass cups!! Do not waste your money! Do not eat here anymore! This buffet lost eight amazing customers, and I will tell my family and freinds NOT to eat here anymore... and I am sharing with YOU not to waste YOUR...

Normally, hibachi should feel fresh and exciting, but at Lucky Star it felt rushed, flavorless, and completely unprofessional. • Food Quality: The ingredients didn’t look fresh at all—vegetables were limp, meat looked like it had been sitting out too long, and everything was drowning in oil and soy sauce with no balance. • Portion & Preparation: The cook barely asked what we wanted, just tossed everything together in one big pile. There was no skill or showmanship—just bland, greasy food slapped on a plate. • Cleanliness: The hibachi area itself didn’t feel well-kept. Counters were messy, utensils looked reused without proper cleaning, and the setup made me question basic hygiene. • Value: Hibachi is supposed to be a highlight, but here it felt like an afterthought. Definitely not worth the extra hype when the quality is this poor.
Overall, the hibachi experience matched the rest of the buffet—low quality, sloppy, and...
