I just home from this McDonald's location. My order was 1317. When I pulled up to the second window. There was two young ladies with their backs towards the drive through window. There was three girls talking to each other. It wasn't the best customer service. I was ok with it. When the young lady with gold bracelets hand me the food. I asked her if the two sweet and sour sauces were in the bag. She looked me straight in the eye and said yes. She then turned her back towards me and started talking to the other employees. I waited patiently till she turned around. I told the young lady.There was no sweet and sour sauce in the bag. She handed me one with an attitude. Then she turned aroand start talking to the girls again. Again I wait patiently. She looks at me. Through the glass doesn't want to open the window. Finally she opens a window. She said what you need. I said I ordered two sweet and sour sauces and I have the receipt here. She looked at the receipt with her back turned Against me. She just stood there until another employee got the sweet and sour sauce. With an attitude she hands it to me. I told her thank you for Lying to me. When I got home I called the store and talked to the manager Nicole. I told Nicole what had happened. I didn't get any apology. I told Nicole I was calling corporate tomorrow. Nicole was very unprofessional. The best part of it all is I have it all on video. When I call corporate in the morning. I will ask them for an email so I can send the video. The staff at this location does not where name tags. I was the only car in the drive through. Why are three staff members standing around the Drive. Through window? You would think the franchise owner would send some of his staff home to save money on labor. After all it is labor day and The owner has to pay more for staffing. The 1st time I ordered 3 sandwichs/cheeseburgers, they didn't even put my cheeseburger in the bag after I ordered an paid for it. 2nd time I ordered a few cheeseburgers they absolutely got lazy an didn't put Nothing on my hamburgers except Bun an meat. Which it was suppose to come with pickles an mustard, ketchup an etc. 3rd time which was just tonight, ordered 3 mchickens an they threw them in the bag not even wrapped!!! And they forgot my drink! Then had to ask for it after I done paid! Unbelievable service. I had been through the drive through an my husband can verify all this cuz they done it to him as well at this specific location. My husband will work all day and this happened at night. When he would pick up dinner for us. Something needs to be done! Read morePeople are so wrapped up in the convenience of McDonald's that we continue to accept this as food. I could make this at home 10x better for half the price. It's time McDonald's steps up or we put them out of business. Healthy alternatives cost more because places like this make the "base cost" on the food market. McDonald's gets richer while their food quality goes down the drain. Along with their employees attitude and foul language while in the work place. The environment does not help poor quality. Now we also have to flag down an employee (the ones that berly notice customers at the front counter) to get a pass code to use the restroom. As well if your dinning in you have to return to the counter for a refill. In my case my soda was wayyy over syrup than carbonated. They stated the lobby soda machine is shut down at 2pm. So have fun sitting at the counter for most of your visit getting ignored my employees, having to listen to their foul language then getting eye rolls when asking for service. The implementation of the kiosk extremely affected the attitude and attention to customer service. I will be adding this review to McDonald's website as well.
