I had a good experience here last weekend. I was in from out of town and they were patient when my friend and I kept some items at the front while we picked up some more things. We ended up with quite a load so the gentleman grabbed a dolly and wheeled it out front for us and helped put everything in my trunk. Later, I realized I had been charged for one too many cases of Corona by accident. At this point I had already returned home. I spoke with him on the phone and shared pictures of the receipts. He was able to confirm the mistake and is processing a refund. I really thought it was lost since I couldn't go back in person so I definitely appreciated this high level of customer service. They obviously care about having a good reputation. Will shop again if I'm ever back...
