Very good pizza! The pizza sauce is sweet, which is wonderful & a nice change! The cheese is on top of all the toppings, which I like a lot as well. I'm a big fan of their pizza! All the girls that helped me were very, very nice! I recently was helped by the lady w the very red hair (love ur hair again by the way lol) & she was very sweet & personable. I've seen people comment on them being rude to them, but I've yet to have that experience (maybe they were rude to begin with lol). Also someone commented that their sauce taste like tomato paste & was sweet. Idt it tasted like tomato paste, but it was sweet compared to some other pizza places. Which I feel is not a bad thing, bc a lot of places it's not. I really like it & it was a nice change from the usual. I would like to recommend getting the hand cut, old style or cupped pepperoni. That is one of my favs & I guess others have asked for it as well. I know it's more on the expensive side, but upcharge it some! People knock them for issues w their food, so why not call & ask for help? Then u can comment the outcome. Every business has some issues, but nothing that they can't fix & grow! I have never left a review before but as a manager I would want to know how my employees are doing. So I hope the owners see this. 1-9-25 @11:50 am I went to pick up my pizza . I had placed an order online for storefront pick up. My order at the time gave me issues. So I called. The Young lady was rude at 1st then said if it came through she would call. That didn't happen but a text came through that it had. Go to pick up. She says oh yea I didn't call but it never came through. I said well I have an E mail and a text it did. She says you must of ordered from other location because it isn't here after looking at the order on the counter. I give up go to leave then look at text again. I said I have the right location. She looks says what's name. I give it to her. She says oh yea it's right here. It came through as door dash. I say what ever I want it it's paid for. I get back to work and right on receipt it says " store front customer pickup. Wich is how I ordered it. Then my pizza was suppose to have parmesan on it. That wasn't the case. I’ve never had an experience so bad that required me to leave a review but here we are. First time ordering. Had the Lincoln park location maybe 10 years ago? Any way just order a pepperoni pizza and the soft pretzel bites. I wish I took a picture of the pizza before I threw it away. Wasn’t even cut, was like a mountain of cheese on top of a couple pepperonis? The pretzels were so hard and cut up in the strangest way you could even imagine. I ordered via 3rd party so maybe they figured who cares they won’t see me in person? Idk but I’ll definitely never be back. Truly cannot believe or describe just how terrible this was.
