My whole family had been coming here for years. We all stopped coming once all the OG girls left and drew took over.

This past Friday me and 7 other girls went there for our lunch break. We called ahead giving them our order and the girl said they’d have them done when we got there so we could sit in and eat. We get there no one acknowledges us, we go up to the bar to finally say we need drinks takes her 15 minutes to bring them. Then everyone but mine and another girls food comes out. So we go up there and say we’re missing food and need it made Togo since we’re running out of time. She says we never ordered them but then gives us the receipt and they’re the first ones written. Never tells me it’s ready after she makes it Togo. We tell the girl we need our check split and she’s catches an attitude. I tell her I really shouldn’t be paying for anything since it took them an HOUR to make my food -‘d it came out wrong still. She charges me anyways and I pay. Another girl pays with a $10 for her fry and water and she refuses to give her back change saying she owed her nothing. The other girl apologizes and tells me to call back tomorrow evening to talk to a manager. So we leave and I try to call back about an hour later to ask a question about my bill and they took the phone off the hook. I called back today at 1 and they told me there was no manger tonight and Drew was gone. I understand you get busy and overwhelmed as I am a bartender and waitress myself and these things happen but making me pay full price after all of that and refusing change is awful. I ordered a double cheeseburger and only got a single. I also was not given my change. Not to mention this was a takeout order that I waited 10 minutes after my food arrived just to pay (there were 3 people in the place the lady was serving none she was talking to the other one) then I waited for another 10-15 minutes for my change and receipt which I never got. I ended up being late for an extremely important meeting because of this. Was absolutely beyond angry with this entire experience. It got to the point where I did not care about getting my change, getting a receipt, or getting what I ordered so I just asked if I could leave. I really should not have tipped this experience was beyond terrible and potentially could cost me tens of thousands of dollars because I decided to go here instead of the McDonald's down the street. Let me tell you this was a beyond miserable abhorrent experience. From someone who isn't from this area who came to this area on business this is terrible service. There was one positive thing about my experience and it's that they charged me the actual price of the burger, instead of charging you the extra price for takeout food. (Which by the way they don't even have takeout prices posted). I thought this was a burger place because I seen the burger sign on the side of the building. Had I known this was a low end bar with terrible service I would have...

They dont offer the .95 Cheeseburger anymore as everything since Biden has doubled in price and the .95 cent Cheeseburger is $5 now. The way i order my burger is now $8 bucks instead of $3.50 but its still a damn good burger. A double Swiss cheese burger and a 1/2 order of fries is so filling.

They make a great hamburger. And the price is incredible. $0.95 for a Cheeseburger and this isn't a McDonald's type cheap Burger. I spend the extra .50¢ for Swiss cheese. Good Beer prices and the service is usually pretty good. The only issue was they don't give refills on Pop, which is trifling when you've just ordered 4 Burgers, fries, two pops and a large Draft Beer, and then the Barmaid wouldn't even fill the Pop glass with water, she wanted to make us pay $2 for a Bottle of water. That should be addressed. I was drinking the Beer but I used to install Fountain Drink machines and Bar guns. Pop costs Penny's a glass. You get hundreds of glasses out of a box of syrup. So to be that cheap to your customers and not giving refills on Pop or not even be willing to just give him a glass of water that's what'll make people stay away. I like the Burger but if I had to pay a little more for a Burger but you got free refills on Pop then it would...
