Bad customer service. I went in with a friend a few weeks ago and two of the employees are very unprofessional and seem like they would rather be anywhere else. They didn't greet us nor acknowledge us even when we got to the counter and when I said I was ready to order, the first girl with short black hair seemed very annoyed. I got two drinks and a crepe cake. The employee didn't even know they sold crepe cakes and questioned me as if I made it up when the cake is literally in the cake display case and her other coworker had to point out the cake. When my friend asked for no boba, the employee made a face and said " you know its just milk and syrup then right?" and gave a side eye to her other coworker while snickering. The other employee was on her phone and eating an avocado on the counter with no gloves and there was another half of an avocado and seasoning all over the counter from her avocado. When I gave them my card to pay I also gave them my tea and brown card so I could get 50% since I had bought enough drinks but the employee just stamped my card without even looking at it and charged me full price. Finally when our drinks got made, neither of them called our names or even the drinks and they just left them on the counter while they both went back on their phones. I've been here a few times and the other employees are very nice but these two clearly need to find a new job where they don't have to interact with people. I wish I knew their names since I don't want the other nice employees to be punished but unfortunately neither of them were...
Read moreYeah wow people need to try this place. I saw this place come to light a while back and I felt bad as this area seemed empty but I really recommend everyone to try this place out now keep in mind this is a little different than other boba places as this place does not have any hot tea at this time.
I tried the Peachy Sunshine I guess it's considered a slush, it's very different than anything I tried before in other places but it tasted so good, whomever was at the front counter also was honest and wasn't sure how certain things would mix together, which I understand if it's a trial and error process but she allowed me to sample the coconut foam and it was delicious, I am most definitely going to try something else with that coconut foam next time.
I am in the feeling out stage and want to try certain drinks and the ice cream taro looks amazing so, you'll see me back here for sure.
Also I am super interested in the other restaurants in this strip, so everyone I am telling you come here they need the business and they deserve the business, these strip malls have been vacant for about well over 10 years now (from what I remember) and it's amazing to see new life in this area and hopefully it continues with...
Read moreI’d heard about this new bubble tea shop in Salt Lake City and was super excited to check it out. So, over the weekend, I couldn't wait any longer and decided to visit.
The bright yellow sign and the cute dachshund logo caught my eye right away—so adorable! Inside, the place was mostly decorated in orange and yellow, and you could tell they put a lot of effort into the design.
As soon as I stepped in, I was hit by this amazing tea aroma. The busy but friendly staff recommended a few drinks: Jin Xuan Oolong Pearl Milk Tea, Avocado Matcha Smoothie, Mango Grapefruit Smoothie, and Pineapple Yakult. I couldn’t wait to try them.
When the drinks came, the packaging was super cute and the aroma was just mouth-watering. The first sip was incredible, with a rich tea flavor that was just perfect.
I chatted with the owner and found out they use high-quality tea leaves and fresh milk for a richer taste. They even have two claw machines with adorable plush toys. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends or go on a date, enjoy some bubble tea, play the claw machine, and...
