I been in Russ multiple times and always see the employees running around trying their best to keep the store clean. there’s always children running around in the toy section screaming, playing and throwing toys everywhere! and the parents do not care. it’s always the employees job to pick up after people in the Store and do their job and do their section that they were assigned to . People their Put the clothes were ever they want. And not always in the right section. leave carts abandon with multiple merchandise in the cards. I feel sorry for the employees that have to pick up after people who do not care about the store. then come on here and write about how awful their experience was!!!!! I challenge you customers that read this instead of writing bad reviews on this poor store that tries their best to keep things neat and organized why don’t you help them out by not making a mess in the first place!!!these poor people leave so late at night because they have to stay longer to pick up after your mess!! they’re not running a daycare they’re running a business. they shouldn’t have to look after your children and the Poor cashiers shouldn’t have to Stuff for your harassment in...
Read moreSome horrible Polynesian female employee who had a metal tooth refused to give me a refund or credit. She said she couldn’t look up my purchase (didn’t even try, just refused) even though it was made in the same store less than a week ago. I had the card I made the purchase with. According to her, Ross does not issue any kind of refund or credit without a receipt. The Ross policy online says the following, “Merchandise returns without a receipt will require a valid picture ID and will be refunded in the form of a Store credit or exchanged at the item’s current selling price.” So this woman straight up lied and gave me an attitude. Maybe she should read the actual policy of the company she works for, and follow it, instead of making up her own.
I also want to add that if you don’t want to be treated like a criminal, you shouldn’t visit this Ross location. The security guard stands in front of the registers, sees you pay, and then stops you at the door to check your receipt and open all your Ross bags to check them out. Right after they see you pay...
Read moreAhhh man I really want to like this Ross since it's conveniently close by to me, and I have found some really good deals here but man is it a mess in there! Unorganized racks, dirty unkept floors, dirty bathroom, there's food from outside sitting on shelves, some things are missing price tags. The clothes also sometimes look like they were stepped on or tried on and have deodorant marks on them. I walk in and just think what the heck is going on here! I wish I could clean the entire store to just make it look better but obviously I can't. I so wish this place was in better condition so I could enjoy my shopping! Also be prepared to sit in line for 30 minutes or longer due to the lack of employees helping at check out, they leave it up to one person to check out nearly a line of people that wraps around the store! Meanwhile there's employees in the back and spread out amongst the store that can...
