A dear friend of my mother from California placed an order and paid in advance for a cake to be delivered to my Mom for her 75th birthday. The cake was expected to be delivered at 12:00 pm EST on her Bday as part of a larger, planned virtual celebration. The cake never arrived. I called Angela Logan' s Mortgage Apple Bakery twice on behalf of her friend. I never received a callback/response. As a business, this is unacceptable. While, situations occur, especially during these unpredictable times, businesses should always have a back-up plan for unforeseen circumstances.
