Cowboys Plumbing — Local services in Tecumseh

On a Saturday evening my hot water tank busted, I called Cowboys and was told they could be there within an hour. Technician, Garrett arrived on time, was very professional, kept me updated on work, provided detailed options, made my choice, signed authorization and the real work began! During this time I asked several questions, he was very knowledgeable, professional and personable! After my tank heated up I decided it was not hot enough! I called back and asked if they could come raise temperature (I can not get to tank without drill as it’s behind panel)that was not a problem and Garrett returned promptly and reset my temp! I am very pleased with the professionalism and how personable he was and the service provided! Oh and I should say it’s only 100 for after hours and weekends! In this day and time I thought very reasonable for a Saturday night call! I will be using them for future plumbing jobs. This has been my best experience in years (since my local plumber passed away.) I recommend Cowboys plumbing and definitely give them 5 stars...

I had posted a not so favorable review For this company due to a previous interaction with them. The owners , Josh & Callie both reached out personally to rectify the situation. They both went above and beyond to address and correct the situation. Unbeknownst to them both an employee who did the work a year and a half ago mislead me and did some pretty shotty work. Josh personally came to my home and fixed all issues their former employee had messed up. I would recommend Cowboys Plumbing for their customer service and the fact that once Josh and Callie reviewed the work previously performed they immediately stepped in and fixed the situation. I have new plumbing issues, however Cowboy Plumbing did not cause the new issues. Crap Happens after all, so in a an age of online reviews I wanted to make sure to do my part in fixing the situation. Cowboy Plumbing is a locally owned company that operates out of Tecumseh, OK.

This was our second time using them to address a plumbing issue and they continue to be a great company to work with. Their plumbers are friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure you understand everything they plan to do before performing work.

They were running a little late today due to traffic (I live in OKC) and they made sure to call me before my scheduled appointment time to let me know that they were running late, which is something I appreciate because not a lot of companies do that when they are behind schedule. They resolved both my issues within an hour and a half and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg for the work.

We will definitely use them to address any future plumbing issues...
