My last visit to the Panda Express in Temecula was Sunday evening. I waited over 10 minutes in line as the employee helping the customer before me had ordered a few items. There were about 6 other employees behind the counter that just did their other work while the line was piling up behind me. I wanted to try the new sesame honey chicken but that chicken dish looked like the chicken had been sitting there for a while. One employee said to me that the other employee will âbe right with meâ. Seriously? I was finally able to order. When the next employee started putting a lid on my food, she noticed how little orange chicken the first employee put in the bowl so she added more. Tables and floors were filthy, we were in there for a while because we were waiting for our daughter to meet us after we ate. An employee wearing glasses eventually started wiping down tables and moving barstools and chairs. She drug every single chair as she moved them making this wretched noise. Even the table next to us was mentioning how awful it sounded. She kept moving chairs and would not pick one chair up to move it.All plastic forks and no plastic knives to cut my broccoli with.This establishment is so ghetto, I wonât be back...

They will not usually make it until youâre there. And they prioritize people standing in line. I could have gotten many of my orders faster if i just got in line and ordered everything the customer wanted. Its so frustrating watching them keep asking for the next customer to help, while i watch them ignore my ticket sitting in front of them on the counter. They seem to have a policy where they will not make a to go order if there is a line.
They will even take the finished order to the rack without looking or calling out the order to see if someone is waiting for it. And of course they donât ask you which order you are waiting for if youâre standing there with a delivery bag at the counter. They seem to all assume that someone else is helping you , even though there are orders sitting on the rack and if they looked they could see a driver with a delivery bag on standing there. Hmm? Could they be waiting for an order? Is one of those bags on the rack...
   Read moreOrdered food through app and chose the food to be ready by 730pm after ordering the food around 650pm... food was still not ready when we arrived. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to put the order together even though it was not busy. Rice and chow meinwere in abundance, but the other sides were minuscule. I have noticed that the sides are getting smaller and smaller... the vegetables donât taste right. Anyways, on this order, they bagged the individual trays together and taped the bags shut.... so needless to say, when we arrived home, we discovered that one of the sides were missing... we had to drive back to Panda, thus delaying our meal even more and with an apology we got a tiny box (not packed full, maybe 2âx2â, seems smaller) for our side... hardly worth the trip. Thanks for wasting our time and not providing a satisfying fast food meal through your own app and then reward us with a tiny box and apology for our extra effort...
