Went to the drive thru where there are 2 lanes,I went to the outside lane and sat and waited to be acknowledged. After 3 cars drove up after me in the inside lane and had their orders taken I drove away. I was ready to drive out of the parking lot and said no I came here because I wanted a 1/4 pounder so I got back in line this time on the inside lane and got my order taken right away, I noticed another car in the outside lane and I could see he was going through the same issue I did. I mentioned something to the girl who took my money and she gave me a lame reason, when we're busy we can't. When I got to the window to receive my order I had to wait for my drinks to be made while my food was waiting to be handed out(my fries were only luke warm). When I finally got my drinks I was putting them in the cup holder when I turned back to the window and I see a bag in my face(my food). Not a word was exchanged by the employee the entire time I was at the window even though I said Thank you when I received my drinks. Again I said Thank you when I got my food, still no reply. I worked at McDonald's as my first job back in the 80s and customer service was stressed upon us all, that is what built McDonald's. I worked for $2.10 an hour now they pay $15.00 an hour but get no customer service at all...They act as if, I the customer is interrupting their day. Read moreI'm trying to rate the McDonald's on 56th Street & Sligh Ave. This location is horrible! It really gives McD's a bad image. The employees are very rude, the order is generally incorrect, and they just don't care at this location. I used to frequent this location but I would rather drive a couple miles out of my way to a different location. I ordered your new mushroom & swiss burger at this location yesterday. When I asked the drive thru employee taking my order what was on the sandwich I was shocked at her response to my question. I seriously thought it was some sort of joke. " In a very rude manner she stated " I don't know what is on the sandwich, I'm not a grill person I just take orders at the drive thru"!! What the h...! I have never been to a McDonald's location where the employee first of all spoke to a customer in her tone and demeanor. Secondly, that the employee doesn't know the products (what is on the sandwich). I asked her to ask someone so she did. She stated beef patty, mushrooms, swiss cheese, onions and a sauce. I asked for extra sauce because this location gives you very dry sandwiches normally. When I got home the order was incorrect or rather the sandwich was dry no sauce at all, 2 mushrooms, no onions and the swiss cheese. It was terrible...the concept is great it would be a big seller if they made sure it truly tasted as a classic mushroom burger and looked as good as it does on the menu board. Read moreWorst McDonald's I've ever been to...when i paid they didnt give me receipt said the machine that prints receipts was not working...then my order was missing 2 sandwishes ..we had to go inside the store and wait half an hour or more for them to make them because they said we didnt pay for it and the lady making the food was screaming out loud in front of other customers that were there waiting for their order as long as i was that **IM NOT MAKING THOSE SANDWISHES !!! IF THEY DIDNT PAY FOR IT...IM NOT MAKING THEM!!!...manager was in the same area and didnt do nothing about it...i was very disappointed because we paid for everything..i asked to speak with the cashier that took my payment and the manager they are both a joke...the cashier first words when i asked what my order was were the 2 sandwishes i was missing plus the rest of the stuff..another employee by the drive thru kept on saying that it wasnt paid for i was very upset i explained is 10 something in the night i have 4 kids in my car i wouldnt be standing here if i hadnt pay ..how hard is it to make the two things or give my money back..the rest of the customers had been waiting for long and when i left they were there still..very unorganized staff..manager doesnt know how to handle them ...they where making wrong orders that nobody took while i was waiting ..everythibg a big mess...im very dissapointed really...i have never had to wait so much for my food in my life...never going back to...
