My wife and I visited this location which is 30 minutes from our house, to eat at a place we love, and after last night's experience we will not be back to this location. It took around 20 minutes to get our food and they weren't even busy, and then when we did finally get it, it was cold because it had set in the service window for 6-8 minutes, they finally decided to buzz us AFTER my wife was on her way to see if that was our food just sitting there. She then took her nachos back because they were cold and asked if they could warm them up or something, he said "well I can put them in the microwave but they will be soggy" so my wife asked if they could just remake them, to which he replied "I mean, I guess we can" with an attitude. She told him it wasn't our fault and that our food set in the service window for 6-8 minutes before anyone apparently noticed it was still there and decided to buzz us, and all he said was "well, we were busy" with was not true in the slightest! When she finally got her nachos, it was literally half the size of how big the nachos normally are, I even took a picture because I couldn't believe they not only let our food get cold, but then did a piss-poor job of remaking her nachos. And they actually left her cold nachos sitting in the service window where she put them when she asked if they could remake them, for probably 15-20 minutes before they finally removed them. The manager never came out to check on anything, which every Fuzzy's we've ever been to, a manager has asked how everything was, including the one previous time we had been to this location a week before. The brisket on her nachos and my tacos was dry and lacking serious flavor but the only reason I didn't return my tacos which were also cold, is because I was starving by the time we got our food. Read moreEmployees that fight their customers are unprofessional and should not be supported by the manager. Employees that are on the clock should be focused on serving customers and not gossiping and entertaining friends. Will not ever support this business again.
Edit: I just wanted to add to this review since the owner has now gave their side. I, Natalie Thomson, am a 19 year ago girl who was not in Fuzzys this night and was not in any confrontation…that’s the first mistake. 2nd my mother who is a 40 year old woman was given bad service by the bartender, there is no excuse to be disrespectful and rude to a customer. And to completely ignore them for friends while on the clock is also not okay. My mom walked up to the bartender asking what was taking so long for her to even take their order to which the bartender was very rude again. The friend that was half my mothers age I will add, who the bartender found herself distracted by all night said, and I quote, “do you want me to fight her for you” to which the bartender replied “yes”. My mom, not getting any service, decided to take her money elsewhere and walked out the door. The friend followed her to the front door where she pushed her to the ground causing her to hit her head. Yes, she did get up and defend herself and no you cannot press charges when you lose a fight. The friend then went to her car and banged on the windows saying “they were not done”. Our family does not associate with violence and we are grown adults who know how to communicate. But we will not let someone trash our name and victimize their self. If your employee was so hurt I doubt she would have wanted a round 2. Read moreI will never come back to this place ever again I weighed it there on a Friday night when they had a lot of people which I understand but it was super busy but I also waited one hour for my order to be wrong.
