Hardee’s — Restaurant in Temple

i never really went to hardee’s until i moved out to temple, and because it’s only a couple minutes from my house i decided to try it.

i’ve definitely been missing out. not even just in regards to the food, but the customer service is always great. i know firsthand that fast food is a stressful environment to work in so i am forgiving about it, but it’s become so common that almost every time i go anywhere i encounter someone with a rude attitude/demeanor and consistently get something wrong with my order in terms of correctness or quality. and then i can rarely bring myself to speak up to have it corrected because i’ve already been met with hostility just for showing up to order in the first place. but every time i have come here the workers have been so nice and the food has been piping hot and correct every time.

i usually don’t take time to leave reviews of places but my boyfriend made a comment just now after we pulled through about how “they’re always so nice here” and i realized i should. you never know what is going on with other people and i really do appreciate how kind the workers here are every time we’ve visited. i’ve had a million encounters with unkind workers at other places making a rough day that much harder, but at this location it has always been the exact opposite. the nice attitudes are refreshing to...

At the moment this place is the best fast food restaurant in temple. Service is great, very attentive, fast and professional. (In the evenings/ usually only time I go) because only see the one guy, his service is mainly why I’m writing this, seriously just went to bojangles and had a 15 minute wait and then Burger King, which was having some issues like only accepting cash and then making me wait almost ten minutes at the drive thru speaker until I gave up and drove over to Hardee’s instead. Glad I did because we all been sleeping on Hardee’s dinner menu, sour dough grilled cheese kids combo is amazing. Even the kids burger combos was less than $4.00! Great deal!!! And the hamburger meat is imported from Australia, free range beef that has higher standards for public consumption instead of the GMO filler meat sold everywhere in America. Came in close to closing tonight (March 20, 2019 around 9:45) and though the woman at the register was not rude I could tell she was not happy at how late I came in. Being a former fast food restaurant worker years back i know how it is to have the restaurant ready for closing and then a customer walks in.

She may not have been happy but she took my order and had my food made.

I ordered the mushroom swiss thick burger (1/3lb burger with obviously mushroom and swiss cheese). They used alot of mushrooms and the burger is messy. If it hadn't had so many mushrooms (on top and bottom) it might have tasted better. Fries were pretty fresh.

Place was clean, and I can't complain about the employees. I didn't take a pic of the burger because it was too dark in my car when I ate it, and frankly I forgot anyway. I'm giving 3 stars for the food and 5 for the lady employee who looked unhappy but decided not to piss or spit on my...
