Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Temple

First off, let me just say it is extremely cold in that lobby, Turn up the heat that is absolutely ridiculous.

Second, I was supposed to have an interview with them at 10 o’clock. I showed up at 9:45 and no nobody was opening the door granite. Yes they were closed. I assumed that they were doing the interview before opening that way it didn’t get in the way of any customer interactions. Little was I wrong, I called and explained I was a little early for my interview and that the door was locked. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that she won’t be able to let me in the building till 1030 interview or not. Another lady gets on the phone and says that she can let me in at 10 o’clock when my interview is, Well, 10 o’clock comes and I go up to the door and I’m sitting down and she says she’s not even here yet. You’re gonna have to wait one of the girls says she doesn’t even come in till 11 AM. Why in the world would you schedule an interview at 10 o’clock when you’re not even gonna show up till 11? And while I’m sitting there waiting for 10 minutes already in the matter of that time span one girl has a whole hoodie on because of how cold it is with her hood up Another girl is touching Food without gloves on, The floor was extremely sticky. And then I overhear them saying how they’re possibly going to have to reschedule the interview. Do me a favor don’t have interviews when you’re not even open and then secondly make sure the person that’s gonna do the interview. Is there on time If you expect me to be on time for my interview, you need to do the same. Don’t show up late to something and then expect me to be reliable and dependable when you are not. Plus to go with this review I have eaten here before and quite frankly it sucks We have gotten the fried cheesecake bites and they were cold as hell and when me and my husband got the wings and things plate, all of our food was wrong The chicken was undercooked and cold We got barely any fries and all of our sauces that we requested and paid for we never got And every time we have been to this location, the kids that are outside taking the orders are literally rude as ever you don’t give someone attitude in the middle of the line for what they order If you’re having a bad day, leave that crap at home don’t bring it to work and better yet don’t give it to me because I will give you an attitude right back and mine will be better. Overall, I wouldn’t eat here. I would not work here. It seems like Zaxby’s has gone completely downhill and sadly this is a brand new location.

Ate here for the first time ever, we are visiting from out of town and they just built a couple in our town where we live in Florida. After a super long day of traveling, nothing sounded better than a quick dinner at a place heard nothing but good things about. It was so lovely to see a salad on a fast food menu. Both me and my mother-in-law each got the same house salad with fried chicken. What a joke. When we got back and I took the salad out of the bag, I was surprised at how big they were. There was literally one chicken strip on both salads cut up. Two little slices of cucumber, and the rest was all lettuce. Oh wait there was a soggy tomato slice. We also got the funnel cake which was pretty expensive for how small they were, but they were yummy. I got my son the four piece breaded shrimp, one of them was literally just a ball of dough it wasn't even a shrimp. My husband got the number one, the chicken strips were tiny, almost like they were left over from the day, and my daughter got the kids meal which was perfectly reasonable for a kid.

All in all, I'm damn sure not spending $50 on Zaxby's again. The salads were the biggest disappointment because they were the most expensive thing that we purchased, and if I wanted a head of lettuce for dinner, I literally would have gone to the...

I went a few days after the grand opening and everyone was friendly nice, drive thru was great I got wing n things meal, chicken nibblers meal and a Cobb grilled chicken salad. My salad was horrible when I say horrible I was like ok may it was just that oc, I spit out and tried another grilled PC the only way to describe the grilled chicken it tastes as if they gave my like a display PC, it was so fake and rubbery like I even tried to pull it apart and couldn't, it was such a weird experience it tasted fake looked fake , my lettuce was pink and brown but had some good PCs in there so I just threw it away I told my family I feel like I got the display salad chicken piece.
