I just left there! Ordered two sandwiches to go, was in a hurry as i only had an hour to get back to work. Waited an extra 15 minutes, because apparently they were "way behind on toasted sandwiches". I finally got mine and it was soft, not at all toasted. I got the standard "sorry about that", like that helps me. The food is good, but if I order to go, that should automatically tell you that I'm short on time. If you believe that, for whatever the reason, my order will take longer, then TELL ME BEFOREHAND! That way I can make an informed decision that perhaps I would change my order! I saw two customers who were behind me in line that were also waiting for a special order that got their food before me. Sorry, but that isn't acceptable. I gave a nice tip when I was checking out too...thats what I get for providing a tip before the service. When this place first opened I ate there 2-3 times per week. That has since cut down, but the quality has dropped considerably over the past year. The bread on three out of the last five sandwiches I got was hard as a brick. The most recent one was about 15 min ago - I ordered online and drove up there (it's 1/4 mile from the house) and picked it up. Got home, and low and behold the bread is a rock. I tried taking a couple of bites but it hurts my mouth biting it. They also dropped Dr. Pepper products (I hate Pepsi stuff) so there's nothing for me to drink now there either. Too bad as this place used to be on their game with good food. Note - I tried to call the manager to let him/her know but I was told there was no manager on duty that he had "stepped out" for a while and I could maybe try calling back in 30 minutes or so.
