Burger King — Restaurant in Tennessee

I’m never one to leave a bad review about anything and want to focus on the best in places, but I live down the road and have visited this location 4 or 5 times now and it’s been disappointing every time. 2 times were for lunch/dinner, first time ordered a regular chicken sandwich (the longer oval one) that normally comes with mayo and lettuce. First time was basically no lettuce and definitely no mayo. So next time I go back I ask for extra lettuce and mayo, and find barely any mayo and literally the entire center of an iceberg lettuce head (like 2-3 inches high). Three times or so for bfast, every time the bacon egg cheese croissant was cold and not even melted. I’ve not felt like leaving a review or complaining about that until now, but hubby and I just left and ordered 2 BEC croissant meals with OJ for both drinks, and sandwiches, of course, cold, only got one OJ which we were whatever about and just left and only getting the one, and drive off, open the bag, and only one hashbrown as well. So... this Burger King was 100% the best one I had been to when it opened. But things have changed. I don’t know if it was a Corporate or Company Manager that was there in the beginning, but that Lady had it running RIGHT! The staff seemed well trained and courteous. Then...About two weeks ago I noticed I had stopped seeing her there and the quality of food and service began to decline. Now there is an older man who appears to be the manager. The food quality has gone way down, it’s sloppy and not fresh most of the time. Worst of all he is rude and condescending to customers. My wife was treated very rudely last night and Mr. Manager Man will be getting a visit from me Monday Morning to address how he WILL speak to her properly IF she decides to go there again. I certainly will not. There are too many options out there for this kind of service to be acceptable. We both have been in the service industry and we ALWAYS treat the employees with courtesy and respect. It’s a shame this place went down...

We are from Houston. The burger kings in our area are normally ok but the one on Emery in Powell was Terrible. Our order was wrong.....I know burgers are never going to look like a commercial...no mustard on a mustard burger, no cheese on either, and my burger was supposed to have extra veggies....looked like someone stepped on it....We found out when we got back to the room and we were just too tired to deal with it. Called the Burger King and spoke to their manager. They refused to refund our money because we didn't have the food but we did have the receipt. We ate what we could and tossed the remainder in the trash. Burger King actually asked for the remaining food before they could process a refund but they did offer a food replacement with a receipt....We don't want a nasty food replacement.
