I've quit eating here too, up to six months ago I always ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese, EXCELLENT, NO COMPLAINTS! THEN, the serving size changed, where they used to have the beef in small paper trays, weighed out, the beef would completely cover the sandwich, now they use this Red Scoop, much LESS BEEF, it will not even fill the sandwich completely, and to top that they now want to charge for additional meat! The price of the sandwich went up, less meat? I now go to Fire House down the street, quicker service, better serving size for the price and always packed. This situation is also the same at the subway on Oak Ridge Highway. An example of trashing a customer confidence in the quality and value of a meal with them!
Well, tried them once more on Oct. 4, same sorry proportions and increase in price! Try Firehouse down the street, great sandwiches, generous portions, good price, quick service, your choice! Will NOT go to this or any other Subway when I can find a Firehouse in instead, else,...
Read moreThis franchise owner is pinching every single penny.
I've been here twice in the past week. Both during what would be rush times. There has only been 1 employee both times. She was doing well doing the job of two people.
Both times I asked for extra pickle. And the worker would only put like 2 extra pickles. The second time, I pushed and asked for more. I've never been questioned or shorted pickles. The worker was hesitant but put a few more pickles on. I suspect either manager or franchise owner is having them be really conservative with toppings. I say this, because I've been to other franchised stores and not a single worker has ever cared if I wanted the whole container.
Look, if I'm paying $14 for a sandwich that probably has a food cost of $4, I expect extra pickles to not be a problem.
Maybe I'm the idiot for paying $14 for a sandwich.
Save yourself the trouble and go to a...
Read moreI would have given this Subway 5 starts if it had not been for their constant issues with the wait time. I went in today about 1:35pm. They only had ONE employee working there! I think the employee's name was Dominika. She was extremely friendly and sweet. Not only was she dealing with a long line that was almost wrapping around the restuarant but she was taking UberEats/Grub Hub orders, baking bread, making subs, answering phones, and being a cashier ALL at the same time! Poor management and no wonder people quit jobs! This is has happened varies times when I've come to this Subway. They do not have enough employees and customers wait for a while. My wait in line today was 25 minutes just to finally be able to order my sub. It is not fair to the only employee working there as well as the customers. Especially on a weekend or lunch rush hour...what was the manager...
